Scene 1
Baji brings his son to the Guruji and asks him to bless him, he does. Kashi smiles at them.

Sooriya talks to Kashi and says we followed a soldier who attacked Mastani, he has captured him. Kashi looks at him in the jail and asks him to get him treated as he is injured but when he wakes up then make me talk to him.

Ragma asks Radha if we will do anything about Mastani? Radha says Kashi might protect her life but we can break her self-respect, she is another woman so we will call her that. She asks Ragma to call Mastani to a function. Ragma says okay.

Matank tells Mastani that I have an idea. Mastani says I don’t know what to do. Matank says Kashi’s edge is her son, you should bear his son too then these people will have to accept you. Mastani looks on.

Kashi is checking food, Baji comes there and asks what is going on? Kashi says I am checking the food before sending it to Mastani. Baji says thank you. Kashi says I am doing all this for my son. Baji says I worry about you too. Kashi says don’t worry about me, I will handle everything. Baji says we have to find out who attacked Mastani? Kashi says I will figure it out. She thinks if he finds out Mastani was behind the attack then his heart will break.

Scene 2
Ragma comes to Mastani and says we are arranging a function for women of the palace so I am inviting you. She gives a dress to her and leaves. Mastani says if they have called me then I would go, these people need to accept me as Baji’s wife. Matank says jsut be careful. Mastani says I need to do something.

Baji is working in his office with Sooriya. Mastani comes there so Sooriya leaves. Mastani says how can you forget me? Baji sits with her and says I can never forget you. Mastani says I want to spend a night with you. Baji says okay, tonight will be about our love only. Mastani hugs him and says tonight will be a start of our love.

All women are in the function. Kashi is distributing food among women when Mastani arrives there, dressed in a Marathi saree. Kashi asks what are you doing here? Mastani says I was invited, why? A woman says this function is for married women only but you are a mistress only. You didn’t marry Baji so how come you are here? All women laugh at Mastani. Mastani says you all think like this? She asks Kashi if she also thinks I just came here with Baji? I am a married woman, I married Baji in Bundelkhand, I married Baji’s sword and that’s a ritual in Bundelkhand. All women laugh at her. Radha says people do weird things but we don’t accept another woman in a man’s life, if you married Baji’s sword then stay with it only. Kashi says enough, all cultures have different rituals. She tells Mastani that we don’t accept marriages with swords. Mastani cries as people laugh in her face. She leaves from there. Kashi looks on.

Mastani is crying, Matank asks what happened? Mastani recalls people insulting her and calling her a mistress. Matank says once you bear Baji’s son then everything will be fine. Mastani says if they call my marriage illegal then how would they accept my son? She runs from there.

Baji comes to Mastani’s room and waits for her. Matank comes to him and says Mastani ran away from the palace, you have to go and find her.

Kashi comes to Radha and asks if she did all this deliberately? Radha says I didn’t attack her life. Kashi says why did you insult her? I am scared of Baji getting angry. Radha says Mastani needs to know the truth. Kashi says this truth is bitter, I don’t know what will be the outcome now. Radha says don’t worry. Kashi says I am praying that nothing goes wrong now.
