Gehna and Surya’s divorce hearing starts. Surya and Gehna emotioally look at each other and think they want to stay with each other. Judge tells them that their 6-month cooling period is ending today and asks if they want to go ahead with the divorce. Surya says living with Gehna is the motto of his life and he wants to stay with her. Suhani emotionally blackmails him to kill herself if he doesn’t divorce Gehna. Surya gets out of imagination and tells judge that he wants divorce from Gehna. Suhani tells Sikandar that her emotional blackmail is working. Gehna recalls Surya humiliating her and choosing Suhani over her. Judg asks Gehna if she also wants divorce. Gehna says yes. Judge says officially they are divorced from today and signs the documents.
Gehna and Surya look at each other crying and recall the quality moments spent together. Do Pal Ruka Khwabon Ka Karwaan.. song plays in the background. She slips. He holds her. She walks out senselessly while he looks at her.
Back home, Suhani throws Gehna’s cloth bag on floor and shouts at Gehna to get out of the house as she is neither anyone’s wife or DIL now. Urmila says Gehna is her daughter and she will stay in her side of the house. Suhani burns Gehna’s clothes and tells Surya its good Surya is free from Gehna’s inaupsiciousness, soon she will kick out Gehna out of the house. Surya asks how will she take out Gehna from his heart and asks her to cut his heart and throw it out as Gehna stays in his heart. He breaks down. Suhani says he himself divorced Gehna. Surya says he divorced Gehna on her order and he cannot leave Suhani like Gehna cannot leave Urmila.
In the evening, inebriated Sikandar taunts Surya with a song and says Surya’s dream relationship is broken, he shouldn’t have been in a hurry. He stumbles. Surya holds him Sikandar says he still loves him as a brother and suggests him that he shouldn’t have divorced Gehna. Surya says he is the one who was always against his and Gehna’s marriage. Sikandar apologizes him for that and says Surya blindly trusted Suhani who mislead him, says he doesn’t want to compromise on his son’s upbringing and will not follow Suhani’s wrong orders from hereon. Surya says he ruined his and Gehna’s life, Sarika and Arjun’s life, etc, and refuses to believe that Suhani is behind all this. Sikandar says though he is his step brother, he is worried for him and leaves asking him to think about what he said. Surya thinks whatever it is, he cannot leave Suhani.
Next morning, Urmila gathers everyone and gives Gehna and Agastya’s wedding invitation to Suhani. Surya read the card and is shocked to learn about the wedding. Urmila says Gehna is her daughter now and she is getting her married to Agastya. Suhani tries to humiliate Gehna asking her since when she was having an affair with Agastya, etc. Urmila says there is no use of these talks as she has decided to get Gehna married to Agastya. Surya tears wedding card. Sikandar asks Suhani if she is behind all this. Suhani asks him to get out of her sight. Ridhima tells Shakuni that they ar unable to marry once, but Gehna is getting married a third time.
Precap: Suhani taunts Gehna that she cannot snatch Gehna from her as he divorced her and even Gehna is getting married. Gehna asks till when she will hold Surya. Surya says whole life.
