The episode begins with all the females including Rama working. Other females were not fond of Rama’s lower caste. One of the women asked Rama to look away, must not see her face. Rama argued. The woman got up, was about to slap Rama when Lakshmi stopped her. Lakshmi questioned the woman for attacking her. The woman questioned Lakshmi’s audacity. They all got involved in a fight. They ruined all the spices. The manager came, scolded everyone and announced that no one will be paid for 4 days. The manager left.
Bhim Rao and Joshi were asked by they boss to think collectively the many ways one can suicide. Bhim Rao refused to collaborate with Joshi, they both have different mentality. Joshi agreed to work with Bhim Rao. Barrister left handing them the decision. Joshi sat on Barrister’s seat taunting Bhim Rao for being the third one in every competition i.e., life, money, job and caste. Bhim Rao corrected him, said that Joshi must not have sat on a Barrister’s chair and that Joshi would be proved wrong.
Rama and Lakshmi soaked their hands and eyes with water. Jijabai taunted Rama for her aggressive nature and getting their salary retained. Jijabai blamed Rama, said that Bhim Rao had to cook because of her. Bhim Rao questioned Jijabai for her conservative thinking. He asked her to break the stereotype about men cooking for their wives. Ramji asked Rama and Lakshmi not to indulge in unnecessary arguments. Lakshmi replied, she couldn’t hold back watching another woman mistreat Rama. Lakshmi considered Rama her younger sister. Bhim Rao brought Rama food. Rama overwhelmed by knowing Lakshmi’s intention towards her fed her dinner. Meanwhile, Hitesh called everyone out.
Everyone gathered, they waited for Ramji and the family to arrive. Hitesh said that there was a lottery that would grant everyone a separate house. Joku questioned. Hitesh said that he met a man who asked him to have a paper signed by everyone in his society ensuring that they had no issue with construction of a new building. For the time being everyone has to shift to a different place but would be allotted a separate house in return. Varchand asked Hitesh to be careful, he would be paid extra money for it. Daliya questioned Hitesh as they were Resham Seth’s tenants. Hitesh answered that they were buying it from Resham Seth. Joku asked how it benefited anyone. Hitesh explained that they making new buildings would bring more tenants, in return it would help everyone. He asked everyone to sign the papers. Bhim Rao wasn’t in favor because there wasn’t any surety. Hitesh rubbished Bhim Rao’s opinion, said that the deal was sent by the same man Ramji was working for. Bhim Rao wasn’t being over smart, he asked everyone to be careful. Joku and others questioned. Puranjan said that in case something worst happened, they would lose the house they already have. Joku was ready to sign but Phuliya and Daliya refused and went inside. Bhim Rao and Rama went inside as well. Ramji was asked to sign or claim that his owner was a fraud. Jijabai requested Ramji to sign. Ramji said that he would talk to his owner first. They went inside. Hitesh announced that signing the paper was extremely important for construction process to start.
At night, oil in street lamp was changed for Bhim Rao to do his work under its light. Joshi came asking him about the task Barrister gave them. Joshi had his tea, taunted Bhim Rao for working. Joshi didn’t intend to be a lawyer, he only wanted to irritate Bhim Rao and get him evicted.
