Doctor examines Surya in his ICU room while Gehna stands crying outside. Praful asks Gehna to not worry as she is a Savitri who will bring her Satyavan back from Yamraj. Doctor informs that Surya is fine for now as Gehna saved him by giving the antidote on time, but he needs blood transfusion to get poison out of his body. Gehna asks him to do it then. Doctor says Surya has rare AB negative blood group which is not available in their blood bank, so she needs to call Surya’s family members and arrange AB negative blood via them. Gehna says that her blood group won’t match with Surya’s blood group. On the other side, Suhani waits for Sikandar’s call. Gehna calls her and asked her to visit the City Hospital with Sarika if she want to prove that she didn’t give poison Surya. Suhani asks about Sikandar. Gehna says she will inform her about Sikandar at the hospital. Suhani tells Sarika that Gehna is alive which means Sikandar’s plan failed.
Suhani and Sarika reach hospital and ask about Sikandar. Doctor tests their blood groupd and reveals that mother and sister’s blood group didn’t match, so they need to find another donor soon. Paresh informs that they searches for AB negative blood everywhere, but couldn’t find it. Gehna prays god to send a doctor and protect Surya. Doctor informs them that they found donor and goes for preparation. Gehna goes to meet the donor, but the nurse informs her that donor left already after donating blood. Suhani starts her acting and feels disappointed that she couldn’t help Surya. She sheds crocodile and thanks Gehna. Gehna asks her to stop her overacting as she overheard her and Sikandar’s conversation about poison. Suhani takes oaths on Sarika and denies poisoning Surya. She then asks her about Sikandar. Gehna reveals that Sikandar and Arjun are in jail ow. Sarika gets angry on Gehna and defends Arjun. Suhani tries to slap Gehna for sending Sikandar to jail. Gehna holds her hand and threatens to expose all their illegal business. Suhani challenges her to get Sikandar out of jail on a bail. Gehna challenges her back that she can’t. Suhani with Sarika walks out of the hospital frowning.
Surya regains consciousness and notices Gehna bleeding from her stomach. Gehna says him that she is fine. He calls nurse and asks her to treat Gehna. Nurse bandages Gehna’s injury. Jamuna gets emotional seeing Surya’s concern for Gehna and stops Praful from entering the room. Suhani and Sarika visit Sikandar and Arjun in jail. Sikandar says he wants to kill Gehna. Back to hospital, Jamuna feeds Gehna while Surya is asleep. Gehna thinks who the donor is. She recalls Suhani denying that she poisoned Surya and wonders why Suhani or Sarika’s blood group matched with Surya and thinks it’s possible that Suhani is really not Surya’s mother.
Precap: Gehna informs Jamuna that she heard Suhani telling someone over phone that Surya is not her biological son. Jamuna says its easy for Suhani to manipulate birth certificate, how will Gehna find out truth. Gehna says via DNA test.
