The Episode starts with Abhi shouting stretcher. He rushes Manjiri. Anand, Harsh and Mahima come. Abhi asks them to prepare the OT. Doctor says she is your family member, I will perform the surgery. Mahima and Anand say no, we will perform the surgery. Abhi says I will perform it. Akshu says I hope everything is fine, Manjiri is my mum also, she is Abhi’s most lovely gift for me. Kairav says nothing will happen to her. Vansh says they found Manjiri. Aarohi asks where, how. Vansh says Kairav doesn’t know much, maybe its an accident, her state isn’t good. Manish says we should go there. Everyone asks Aarohi to go. Akshu and Kairav come. Akshu cries and says Abhi, I know you won’t let anything happen to our mum. Parth also comes for the surgery. He says I don’t practice, so I can’t operate, but I can assist for Manjiri’s sake. Nurse says its all set for the operation. Akshu says nothing should happen to Manjiri.

Inspector stops them. Harsh says I will answer you, let them start the operation. Abhi says find out who did the accident, maybe it happened by mistake, but the person should have not left my mum there for much time, find out, I will not leave that person. He goes with Anand and Parth. Akshu prays.

Anand says Mahima and experts are here, let us operate. Parth says dad is right. Abhi says I can’t leave my mum, I will save her. Anand says okay then, lets save our Manjiri. Akshu says the person who left Manjiri in this state should get punished. She sees Aarohi and hugs. She says someone hit Manjiri and fled, she is in a bad state, whoever did this, it won’t be good for that person. Abhi operates Manjiri. Anand says we have to take good care of her. Harsh holds him. He says you aren’t useless, what you did for your mum, no son can do that, you aren’t useless, you are the best doctor and the best son. Abhi says Manjiri met with an accident, I didn’t know, I couldn’t find her. Harsh says its not your fault. He hugs Abhi and says you are a great son, believe me, don’t say this. Akshu asks will Manjiri like to see you like this, her son isn’t useless, but a hero. Abhi asks who did this with my mum. He asks Inspector to tell him the name. He says I will show them whats hit and run, they should have called the hospital at least. Inspector says calm down, Neil said you dropped her at the temple. Neil says yes. Inspector asks can I talk to both the families, it can help. Harsh says ask anything, find out who did this. Neil and Akshu say we are ready to answer you. Inspector asks Akshu how do you know Manjiri. Akshu says she is like my mum, Abhi is my fiancé.

He asks when did you talk to her last. She says at the temple. He asks where were you all day. Akshu sees Aarohi. They see the nurse taking the blood unit. Abhi says I will go. Harsh and Akshu stop him. Abhi says I can’t leave mum alone. They say Anand and Mahima will handle her. Abhi says nothing should happen to her. She says nothing will happen. Everyone gets shocked seeing Manjiri getting flatlined. Anand says its too critical but I know I can do it. Mahima says yes, you can, you are doing a good job. Aarohi thinks maybe that blood was of some animal, I have to confirm exact location of the accident. She gives water to Neil. She says I didn’t come to fight, I m a doctor, I understand. He thanks her. She asks what happened exactly. He says hit and run, Manjiri had gone to feed the cows, that car hit her, Abhi found her unconscious there, she had much blood loss, she has many injuries, Abhi thinks the car will also have accident marks, once we find out, Abhi won’t leave that person. He gets Nishta’s call. Parth comes to Abhi. He says surgery is underway, mom and dad need you for a procedure. Akshu asks Abhi to go and get Manjiri fine, all the best. Abhi runs to the OT and sees Manjiri. Akshu asks is everything fine, is there any side effect of the medicine. Aarohi hugs her. Akshu says everything will be fine. Aarohi feels scared. Manjiri gets flatlined. Everyone gets shocked. Anand and Parth come out. Harsh looks at them. Akshu thinks where is Abhi.
