Manav says if she has come here to find out about her mother then he will inform her that she is fine and she wants her to remain like this then must not meet her, her sister slaps Akanksha in front of everyone because of what she has done for her mother and then slaps her once again for Manav and Yatharth.
Some time ago Akanksha enters the house, she calls the worker after sitting on the couch demanding a juice and even asks her to put all her bags back in her room, she asks about Vibhav when Ranay replies that he tried calling her but she did not answer, she questions so what because she was not in a good mood so did not answer the call, Ranay informs her that her mother is not well and since she did not answer then Vibhav sir himself went to the hospital, Akanksha feels bad since Vibhav cares a lot for her family.
Vibhav in the car is on the call mentioning he doesnot know how they will arrange it but needs them to setup a private ICU ward and even asked if they send an ambulance, Vibhav thinks he would have to do this act of caring till Akanksha becomes his, he questions why is the driver going so fast, he replies because they need to reach the hospital, Vibhav advises him to drive slow as he will reach on time and even play some classical music.
Swati is on the bed when Manav comes questioning what has happened to her, Kavita replies the doctor said it was a minor heart attack and they can take her back after a few days but there is nothing to worry about, Swati apologizes to Manav mentioning that she did not know Akanksha would go ahead in her dreams so much that she will ruin her own life, Manav sitting beside her asks if she considers him to be her own son, then must never seek his apology as he has forgiven the one who left them but the one good relation which she gave was a mother as now Yatho has a grandmother while he got a mom so there is nothing to be worried about, Kavita also starts crying.
Vibhav reaches the hospital however he is shocked after seeing so many people coughing and even the injured people who are walking here and there, Karan comes out with Bublie and Indra, when he rushes to greet Vibhav Kapoor questioning what is he doing here, Vibhav questions if this is a fruit market since there is really awful smell, karan replies they brought their mother in a hurry as this was the closest hospital, Vibhav informs the ambulance is ready and they need to take her to some other hospital, Indra question what is going on and who is this person, Karan reveals he is the owner of Kapoor construction, Vibhav exclaims there is no need for introduction since they must save Swati jee life for now, Indra questions who is he when Manav mentions he is going to tell them, he mentions he is a really big business man who used to buy properties but now is busy in buying the relations but why not because certain people only care about money, however he failed this time since the entire family is standing with their mother, however Vibhav would not understand since he doesnot have those relations to worry about as in this matter he is some what poor. Kavita didi comes questioning what is going on and then Akanksha also reaches them, Manav replies if she has come to ask her mother then must not go meet her because she is in this hospital because of her.
Sakshi madam in the house asks Yatho to not eat these biscuits so frequently since they are not good for the health, Yatho mentions he only prefers these biscuits when Sakshi madam replies it is not necessary that the things which they like are also beneficial, she sees that his lips are not in good shape so takes out a Chapstick when Yatho explains that boys donot apply makeup, she says this is not makeup but only to make his lips feels good, he after tasting it reveal in excitement that it is strawberry flavour, Sakshi madam suddenly is stunned recalling how she would also apply it to her own son, and even he would like it demanding for some more when she would have fun with him, Yatho questions what happened and why is she crying, Yatho immediately starts blowing air in her eyes, asking if she is feeling good now, she wonders what is going on and why is she seeing Parth in him.
Vibhav questions who is he to stop a daughter from meeting her mother, asking if she is his wife when Manav says that some time has passed since this relation ended.
Akanksha questions Kavita did about the condition of Mummi mentioning that she knows Kavita would support her and she will tell everything later, Kavita walking to Akanksha slaps her mentioning this is from her side and that of Mummi jee, for the humiliation and pain which they both suffered and now this is for playing with the life of Manav and Akanksha, she destroyed two innocent lives, she wishes to kill her but Bhagwan will punish her, she is sure that she will pay the price in this life, Kavita orders her to leave before she slaps her again, she asks Akanksha to get lost from here, Akanksha walking to stand in front of Manav looks at him with anger, he also stares back when she turns to leave from the hospital, Vibhav looks at Manav with immense anger before walking away.
Akanksha opens the door in anger walking out from the office, she immediately sits in the car, karan comes behind mentioning that Kavita didi is mad and informs that they are always going to stand with him, Karan questions if they can also go with him however, he leaves. Bublie questions what they are going to do now since they thought of living with money but have nothing left now however Vibhav is in the car when Ranay asks Akanksha how her mother is, Vibhav scolds Ranay to mind his own business.
Manav thanks Sakshi madam for all her help today and he even tries to clarify that he really loves Yatho, Sakshi says he is judging her when he mentions that anyone would judge someone like him, he is worried about one thing which is the stammering problem of Yatho as he doesnot know what to do, Sakshi agrees to help mentioning he must take care that he only stammers when he is scared, she says she is glad he took notice of this issue, Manav mentions he is his whole life she leaves assuring to help him. Manav is walking when Khushal jee stops him, Manav questions for his favourite snacks and then asks him to bring thirty of each to his house, Khushal jee questions if today his birthday is when Manav mentions he feels as if he has gotten a new life.
Akanksha is sitting in front of the mirror, recalling all the horrible events that happened today since Yatho ran away from her and she was even insulted by Khushal jee.
The entire society is celebrating at the house of Manav, he greets Amita who arrives, Khushal jee asks if he can have two of the snacks and then questions Manav why are they celebrating, Manav thanks them all for coming on such a short notice and explains they would be thinking one question as to why did they have this surprise party, but the reason is because he wanted to share a surprise which happened with them in their life a few days ago, Manav calls Yatho to him mentioning that three people used to live in this house but now only two of them live here. Amita is shocked and even Khushal jee doesnot know how to express himself, even when he knows the truth, they all are shocked, Manav mention Akanksha has left him and Yatho, everyone is stunned hearing about this news.
Precap: Yatharth is at the school where he sees his mother, Sakshi madam calls manav mentioning his wife has come to school with some Vibhav Kapoor, Manav cannot hear this when Akanksha explains she is his mother and loves him a lot, Yatho says he doesnot know her so she must leave, she is about to slap him when Sakshi madam stops her.
