Rajeev tells Rakesh to stop. Let go of her hand! Parneet is relieved to see him. Rajeev walks up to them. Rakesh tells him to speak to him. Rajeev says the same to him. Rakesh asks him if he knows who his father is. Rakesh says no. I wasn’t in hospital when you were born but I can see that you haven’t been raised well. Rakesh asks him if he thinks of himself as some Messiah. Rajeev denies. You are forcing things on her. rakesh tells him that she is his fiancé. He asks Parneet to tell him the truth. Your family and especially your brother like me so much. Rajeev tells Parneet not to worry. I wont leave you alone. I am with you. Rakesh asks Parneet to tell Rajeev. She lies that Rakesh is telling the truth. I wasn’t feeling well so I dint want to go. Rakesh holds her hand and taunts Rajeev as he heads inside. Parneet slips. Rajeev holds her. Are you really fine? She looks at him emotionally. Rakesh takes Parneet inside. Your Chachi is waiting inside. Parneet thinks of Rajeev’s words as Rakesh takes her inside forcibly.
Parneet asks Rakesh about her Chachi. He says I said that to shoo tat guy away. You believed it when I said your Chachi is here but you forgot what I had said earlier. Let’s finish our unfinished business. He cloes the door from insidie. He insists that roka has happened already. Why should you feel so shy? She cries and begs to be sent home. I am not that kind of girl. He asks her if she wants to save her brother. She nods. This is wrong though. He assures her that he will surely marry her after consummating with her. She begs him to leave her. He calls Mandeep. I will get your son out of jail by tomorrow but I must like Parneet for that. I want to know her from close. I want to love her. you know that I am doing a big favour by getting your son out of jail. Tell her not to upset me or Vikram wont be able to get out. Mandeep agrees to convince Parneet. Parneet tries to tell Mandeep but Mandeep tells her not to say anything wrong to Rakesh. Just do as he says as he is going to be your husband. Parneet tells her it isn’t easy but Mandeep tells her to save Vikram by agreeing to Rakesh’s wishes. Rakesh takes the phone. I am sure you said all the right things to her but I wont take more than a minute to call off the wedding if Parneet will ruin my mood. He puts the phone on speaker. Mandeep tells Parneet to cooperate with Rakesh. He tells her to book a cab and head home. He ends the call.
Rakesh asks Parneet to kiss him now. You should do it yourself or you wont like my style. She stays put. He pushes her on the bed. She tries to leave but he throws her on the bed. She covers her face with her hand. He asks her to look up. Someone knocks on the door just then.
Mandeep wonders what she will say at home. She overhears Juhi speaking against Rakesh. Vikram’s life is of utmost important for me right now.
Rakesh asks who it is. A lady inspector asks him to open the door. Rakesh tells Parneet to be quiet. Manager tells inspector to be careful with the door. She stares at him and he apologizes. Rakesh opens the door. Suman (Inspector) puts the dupatta around Parneet. Are you fine? Rakesh says she is. She tells him to let her talk. She asks Parneet if Rakesh took her here forcibly. He shares that she is his fiancé. She speaks of the complaint she had received on phone. You brought a girl here forcibly. Parneet realizes that Rajeev must have sent police here.
Rajeev is pacing outside. I missed my meeting to save her. I wonder why I have been meeting so many girls lately who are in trouble and he has actually stopped to help them all.
Rakesh thinks that if it is the guy who stopped him outside earlier then he has made a big mistake by messing with him.
Rajeev recalls informing police. How could I leave that girl alone with that guy? He was forcing her to be with him.
Suman asks Parneet to tell them everything honestly. She asks Rakesh to come to police station. He tells her to remember her place. You stand outside my house as guard during elections. She reminds him that that’s her duty. I am trying to save a girl from an animal here. He takes out his phone to call his father. She isn’t bothered though. Call him so he can also know what his son is up to! Suman asks Parneet to tell them the truth. You don’t have to be afraid of anyone. Parneet thinks of all that had happened today. Rakesh tells Parneet to tell Suman that she came here willingly. We are adults and are about to get married. Suman stops Rakesh. She asks Parneet to speak up. Don’t be afraid of anything. Tell the truth. Parneet lies that Rakesh is telling the truth. We are about to get married but! Suman tells her to complete the sentence. Rakesh looks at her. She says she wants to go home and runs outside. She is disgusted by all the events. She covers herself with dupatta and cries.
Rajeev notices Parneet running out of the lodge. Parneet cries thinking about how Rakesh had been trying to come close to her since day 1. She starts wiping herself. Rajeev comes there. She thinks that it might be someone else and continues running. Rajeev calls out to her. She doesn’t turn around so he stops the car in front of her. She closes her eyes in fear. He asks her if she is fine. Should I drop you home? She is relieved to see that it is Rajeev. She starts walking. He reasons that people will think wrong of him if he will follow her like this. Call your family and ask them to come over. I cannot leave you alone at this hour.
Rakesh says I must go outside as she might be alone. Suman warns him that she wont budge from her duty because of anyone’s position. Don’t try to threaten me again. He nods. Rakesh doesn’t find Parneet outside.
Suman tells her juniors to inform the manager that this shouldn’t happen again. Rakesh admits that it was his mistake. I was showing too much right on her before marriage. Who called you though? I might have done something wrong if you hadn’t come on time. I would be able to thank him if you tell me the details. She refuses to fall in his honey trap and asks him to leave. He says thank you and walks away. Rakesh wonders how Parneet left on her own. Who would have dropped her?
Rajeev stops the car and opens the door for Parneet. She tells him her address as she sits inside. Rajeev nods. They sit quietly throughout. Rajeev decides not to bother her more by asking anything now. Parneet is relieved that he isn’t asking her anything. How would I have told him the truth anyhow? She recalls Suman telling them about the complaint call. Did you send police? He says yes. I hope I did the right thing. She nods. He asks her if that guy is really going to be her husband. She cries silently. He says I don’t understand him. Why would you agree to marry a guy like him? Is there any compulsion? She starts crying thinking about Mandeep’s words. He apologizes to her. it is your life and your choice. I am no one to judge you. You must have thought of something before agreeing to it. He offers her his kerchief and cracks a joke to cheer her up. I wont say anything again. Please take it. She wipes her tears with his kerchief. Rajeev thinks that he wouldn’t have let her marry that guy if he was her friend. You really deserve someone better. I don’t know why you are marrying him. She thinks that she cannot tell him the reason. It is quite a long story. Rajeev thinks that he wants to hear her story. It is quite possible that she is doing this to repay a favor but it isn’t the right way to do. He wonders if he should tell her this. She says right (to tell him about the turn).
Rajeev stops the car outside her house. Is this it? She nods. Rajeev can see that she isn’t happy. Why is she marrying him then? Parneet gets down but her dupatta gets stuck. He begins to say something but stops. She asks him to let go of her dupatta.
Pundit ji suggests 3 mahurat’s – after 15 days or after 3 months or tomorrow. Rakesh fixes tomorrow’s date for his marriage with Parneet. His father asks him why is he in a rush. Rakesh insists that he is in a hurry. Fix the date. He thinks to trouble Parneet as soon as the marriage happens.
Precap: Parneet’s father tells his family about the wedding as well. Parneet asks her mother what love is. She recalls Rajeev draping the dupatta around her while looking away (respectfully) Her mother tells her. You cannot fall in love with someone in the first meeting. Parneet asks her if one must be with each other for a long time. Her mother says I know that you can see 2 roads from here. Both the roads are marked with an R. Parneet looks at Rajeev’s kerchief (R is embroidered on it). Rajeev is thinking about Parneet as well.
