Savitri is surprised to see everyone outside the clinic. What happened to Sai? Baizama shares that He has high fever and He will get treated by you only. Sai asks them to bring Sai inside. Tatya and Keshave help Sai. Villagers wonder why Sai is being stubborn. How will a woman treat Him? Why is He risking His life by going to a woman? Sai nods at Savitri reassuringly. She nods back. Banta and the goon look on. Banta is sure Fakir is doing this to set an example. They decide to inform Sarkar.

Villagers pace outside anxiously.

Savitri checks Sai. She gives Him a medicine. Your fever will go away immediately. I will give you an injection if it wont. Sai takes the medicine. Baizama asks Savitri if there is anything to worry. Savitri denies. This is the widespread fever. There is nothing to worry as we have the medicine already. Sai will be fine and so will be any other person who comes here for treatment upon noticing the first symptom. He will be fine. Baizama blesses her. Sai says I am bound to be fine. Do you (Baizama) know that the behaviour and intention of a doctor treats the patient just as much as a medicine does? Savitri’s intention and behaviour are pure. She is bound to succeed as she got a chance to prove herself. Baizama realizes that this is why Sai insisted upon coming here. You wanted entire village to see that you are coming here for treatment. You are amazing. Sai looks at Savitri. Savitri prays Sai to bless her so that she is able to live up to His faith. Sai smiles.

A villager says it’s been so long but there is no news of Sai. Should I bring Sarkar’s medicine from home? Another guy says Sai believes everyone. Chetan’s mother says Baiza Akka should have stopped Sai. Why did she let Him come here? Srikanth ji says she cares for Sai more than anyone else. Appa Patil says Sai insisted upon coming here. Bheeva says this can cause a risk for Sai. We will become orphans if anything happens to Sai. Tatya and Keshav come out just then. Bheeva asks Tatya about Sai. Tatya shares that His fever is coming down. Savitri has said that Sai will return to Dwarkamai soon. A guy asks Tatya if Sai is fine now. Tatya nods. Keshav says the treatment is free here. A villager repeats Sarkar’s warning but Keshav vouches for Savitri. His medicine is so expensive. How will you pay for it? I don’t have an example of someone recovering from his medicine but the proof is in front of our eyes here. Don’t know when you will understand the reality of this clinic.

Banta informs Sarkar that Fakir is ill. Sarkar slaps him. This is good news. Banta disagrees. He has gone to the clinic in front of the entire village. Janardan gets worried but Sarkar is sure Fakir’s illness and Savitri’s treatment are fake. Banta denies. He did fall ill for real. Janardan says the medicine given there is correct though. It is being used everywhere. How will we stop people from going there? Sarkar assures him that he will make sure that people wont find the doctor there anymore. Janardan asks him if it is time to create an upheaval after the attempted boycott. Sarkar smirks.

Savitri comes home and smiles broadly at her mother. She asks Savitri what happened. Savitri hugs her. I am very happy today. Please make puranpoli today. I have treated my first patient in Shirdi.

Bheeva announces that Sai’s fever is gone. He is returning to Dwarkamai. Everyone looks on as Sai comes there. A man thanks God but Sai points out that His condition has improved because of Savitri.

Savitri asks her mother if she isn’t happy. Savitri’s mother asks her if they will stay here now. Will you practice here? Savitri tells her that she is genuinely happy. Dint you want this for me? Savitri’s mother says Sai came to you as He does not differentiate between men and women. Everyone is not like Him though. Will they come to you for treatment? Savitri becomes thoughtful.

A man says Sarkar’s medicine isn’t as effective as this. My wife has been taking his medicine for 4 days but it hasn’t cured her much. Other villager suggests going to the clinic for treatment. We have been boycotted before too but if this medicine is effective then we must go there.

Savitri is sure everyone else will come as well. Her mother says I heard that Sai is like God. He will be fine but what if something goes wrong after you treat them. Will you be able to bear it? Savitri shares that she was hesitant till the time she dint meet Sai today. His presence gave me a new energy and positivity. He even kept His hand on my head while leaving and blessed me. I am sure I will succeed and people will begin to trust me as well.

The mindset of villagers starts changing. Seeing Sai fine, they decide to go to clinic as well. Baizama tells Sai that He has given a hope to everyone. Sai says I want them to go to Savitri after believing in her. She asks Him how it will happen. Sai says one last test is pending. Savitri will achieve everything if she succeeds in this test. Baizama asks Him what if she fails. Sai says Allah Maalik in reply.

Mahesh tells Urmila that she should walk a little every day as advised by doctor and helps her walk. She tells him that her ninth month has begun today. He realizes that the baby can come anytime. We will go to city tomorrow itself. She feels tired and tells him. He goes inside to bring water for her. She hears some noise and wonders who could be here at this hour. Janardan asks Sarkar if he really wants to send Savitri away. It isn’t easy to bother a doctor appointed by government. Sarkar replies that this isn’t the first time that he is doing this to his enemy. No one will find out anything. Janardan reminds him that they just want Savitri out of Shirdi. She shouldn’t be harmed in any other way. Sarkar assures him about it. Janardan tells him to make sure he does not get into trouble because of this and leaves. Sarkar remarks that he wants to jump in the mud yet doesn’t want to ruin his clothes. Urmila overhears it and decides to help Savitri. I wont let anything happen to her.

Sai asks the kids if they liked the story. They nod. Sai asks them to go home now. Baji and others ask Him to narrate another story for them. Champa tells the kids to let Sai rest. You can hear it some other time. Sai reminds her that they are kids. They are bound to be stubborn. I am feeling much better after taking the medicine given by Savitri. Their smile is helping me recover as well. Let me tell them another story. He asks Champa to join them as well. Sai starts narrating the story of an ant and pigeon. An ant was about to drown. The pigeon noticed it and dropped a leaf in the pond. Ant saved herself by climbing onto that leaf.

Urmila is headed towards Savitri’s clinic. I must save Savitri!

Precap: Sarkar’s goon throws the stuff in Savitri’s house and warns Savitri and her mother to leave Shirdi before tomorrow’s sunrise. Sai appears in front of Savitri.
