Anandi reaches Premji’s house. Premji tells Sejal to prepare for rituals while he goes and meets Baa. Premji crying seeing Baa’s state. Ratan prepares Anandi to get ready like bride. She puts sindoor and even mangalsutra on Anandi. Sejal asks Jigar to wake up and get ready. He feels lazy and tells to let him sleep more. Sejal tells about gauna of Anandi. Jigar asks but that day everyone had said that they arent married. Sejal says his grandmother is very sick and its her wish to see Anandi and Jigar as bride and groom. She asks him to swear on her and do whatever she says.

Anandi and Jigar dress up in marriage attire. As soon as Anandi sees Baa, she runs towards her to meet her due to which knot tied with Jigar opens. She greets Baa and says she will be fine soon. They proceed to do rituals. While Anandi is entering the house after putting her feet in sindoor water, she keeps stumbling due to her heavy lehenga. Sejal and Ratan lift it up for her to walk properly.

In the next ritual, Jigar and Anandi are asked to throw flowers at each other and one who finishes first will win. They begin with fun but suddenly Jigar harshly throws the flowers hurting Anandi with basket due to which she starts crying. Devali takes Jigar’s side when Premji scolds him. Ratan tries to pacify Anandi. Both Ratan and Khimji gets worried seeing Anandi uncomfortable with all the rituals. However they proceed with it. Devali adds ring in the milk and says one who finds it will rule the house. While finding ring, Jigar intentionally pinches Anandi. Jigar picks up a coin and thinks he found ring, everyone laughs at him. Eventually Anandi finds the ring and Premji says she will rule the house. In the next ritual Jigar wins and Devali declares that he is the one who will rule which makes Jigar happy.

Sejal tells Devali to take Anandi for ritual to be done by aunt in kitchen. Doctor tells Premji to admit Baa in hospital but she is says she wants to stay at home. Later Khimji requests Premji to stop the further rituals as they can do it later when Anandi grows up. He says will take her back in few days. In kitchen Devali makes sweet dish and Sejal instructs Anandi to touch it. She asks if she cannot eat it. Devali tells her to first offer it to god, then to all family members and eat at end. Anandi tries to cross question her but Ratan tells her not to talk like that. Sejal tells it her own house and she can eat however much she wants but first she should give it to Baa.

Baa offers her heavy necklace to Anandi which makes Devali jealous. She even taunts Sejal saying Baa didn’t give it to her however Sejal says she is lucky as her daughter in law got it. Premji shows Anandi her room. She gets happy seeing it. The episode ends with Ratan and Khimji worrying about Anandi’s future.

Voiceover: Many times, even after realizing a mistake, one cannot find a way to rectify it. Child marriage is such a huge mistake.

Precap: Anandi is asked to do a diwa / candle that shouldn’t go off. Ratan asks Khimji such a small child and such a big punishment?
