The Episode starts with Aditi appreciating Simar for the Ganapati decoration and tells Aarav. Aarav says I know, this time Ganapati feeling is different, though we celebrate every year, and thanks Simar. Reema thinks of Chitra’s words asking her to leave. Vivaan asks Reema what happened? Reema says nothing. Aditi says if someone said something to Bhabhi that you have 100 modak. Vivaan says this time he will have 200 modak this time. Simar says they used to play dumb charades while doing the decoration. Aditi says we shall play. Simar identifies the song which Aarav’s team shall say and says hum aapke hai kaun. Aarav says hum aapke hai kaun. Aditi says they got the point. Next turn comes of Reema. She couldn’t identify, but Simar and Aarav say maine pyaar kiya. They continue to play. Simar turns come. Aarav whispers I love you in her ears. Simar enacts. Reema and Aditi identify the word. Aarav and Simar get busy in the decoration. They get stuck together while fixing the LED lights. Aditi sees them and imagines Gagan. Sandhya brings Samosa and kachori and serves them. Simar tells Aarav that they need to go and bring Bappa home. Roma feels bad for her condition. Jatin’s girlfriend comes there and taunt Roma, asking her to wash her glass and keep the kitchen clean. She says I need to sanitize my hands as I touched your hands. Roma cries as she leaves. Vivaan informs Badi Maa that Ganapati Bappa has arrived. Simar and Aarav bring the bappa and they start dancing. Reema thinks she shall leave while the loud music is played. She asks dhol guy to play loud music. The dhol guy play loud music. Badi Maa hears the sound and goes down. Sandhya whispers something to Aarav. Aarav calls Simar. Simar sees the cloth about to move from Bappa’s head. Gajendra asks Sandhya not to give air to Simar and Aarav’s romance, and says if Badi Maa comes to know then you know what she will do. Simar runs to hold the cloth and sets it right.
Badi Maa comes there and asks how dare you? She asks Simar to move away from her Ganapati Bappa. She asks how can you touch my house’s sacred idol and says did you forget that you are unwanted and forced guest on us. Simar says I know that I am guest here, but my devotion for Bappa is strong. Aarav says Simar was trying to stop the cloth from lifting from Bappa’s face. Vivaan says she is working hard for the arrangements and this is not a big thing. Badi Maa scolds them and says I am fed up of this family’s behavior and asks Vivaan not to tell her what is right or wrong. She says there are some customs and values for Oswal house and this girl is breaking the rules and was lifting cloth from Bappa. Reema feels bad for Simar, and thinks I did this to leave from here, but Simar was targeted. Sandhya tells Badi Maa that she had asked Simar to go with Aarav and bring the idol. And asks her to punish her. Badi Maa says this girl will be punished and can’t be saved. She knows what she has done and will not part in any Ganesh mahautsav. She says neither in temple nor in pandal. She says where puja is going on, you shall not be near there else I will throw you out of this house that moment only. Aarav says we celebrate every year. Badi Maa says this is big thing for Oswals and not for outsiders. Aarav closes his eyes. Badi Maa asks Sandhya to make modak in the morning and don’t do any mistake.
Simar goes from there. Reema gets upset too. Badi Maa says tomorrow is big day for Oswals, Pandit ji will do puja and many guests will come. She says I want everyone to come at 12 for the maha aarti. Gajendra says Bappa’s aarti will happen with all the rituals. Badi Maa says I will not bear any mistake this time. Aarav comes to Simar and says God stays in heart and asks her to do puja where ever she wants. Simar tells Aarav that she didn’t do anything intentionally. Reema asks Vivaan how can Badi Maa stop someone from doing the puja. Vivaan says he is big fan of Ganapati as he blesses him with her. He says I love you and asks her to cheer her mood. Reema goes to bed and lies to sleep. She thinks she has to leave from here very soon, she is breaking many hearts. Simar tells Aarav that abshagun happened with her. Aarav says Bappa’s face was covered and tells that no abshagun had happened. He tells that real devotion exists where the intentions are real. Simar says you think clear and simple and says Bappa will be happy to hear him.
Yamini Devi reads about Ganapati utsav in Gitanjali Devi’s house. Jogi says he heard that everyone is talking about their puja. Yamini says we shall add some spice to it, and says what will happen if the grand son and his wife are missing from the puja. Aarav tells Simar that he was surprised to see her avatar, the way she danced. He says we know so much about each other, I will learn everything about you in one year. simar says you can know some steps. She shows him dance steps. Aarav smiles. She slips and Aarav holds her.
Precap: Aarav tells Simar that she’s going to get what she always waited for. Yamini has agreed to make Simar her student. Yamini tells Simar that today she’s going to do her ‘ganda bandhan’. From today, she will be her Guru. Simar happily says that she will do anything to make Yamini her Guru. Badi Maa goes to call Aarav. Yamini tells Simar before her ‘ganda bandhan’, she will have to give her something that she asks as Guru Dakshina.
