Chahat asks Neel what he thinks, she doesnot fear him and he placed the blame of his sisters death on her father so she only has hate for him.
Some time earlier Neel asks the doctor what is the reason she behaved in this way, the doctor mentions it is because of Neel because he did not listen to him and forcefully tried to make Chahat remember, Zain standing with Ghazala exclaims this is the benefit of being a doctor as he knows what drug they should place, Ghazala asks if he has done it, he accepts, Neel standing with the doctor asks what should they do, the doctor replies they should never try to make Chahat remember.
Neel is not able to control himself, Vyas je sitting with him exclaims this is there problem because his behavior was not right before there marriage and even he did not accept him after they both married so what is happening now is there punishment, Zain coming to them exclaims Vyas je is right as this is there punishment, he and Chahat are of the same religion so he will surely take her away when she regains consciousness, Neel warns Zain to not call his love with such an heinous name as he would surely make Chahat remember there love, Neel leaves with Vyas je in anger.
Naveli is questioning Alka asking why does she not know that Shrikant is actually Zain and has come into this house because of Chahat, she exclaims this house has given them there love but she has deceived the house, Godamabri stops Naveli, Bopho comes asking was it not enough that she took her daughter from her, Alka shouts at them explaining she is the one who was deceived, would have she brought him if she knew his real intentions, she explains this is the second time she trusted a man but was deceived, her marriage has ended, Godambari explains Neel was searching his mobile but was not able to find anything, she instructs Alka to not leave Zain for his deception.
Neel brings flowers for Chahat in her room and opens the curtains, the nurse coming asks what is he doing, Neel explains she knows Chahat is a doctor and used to say that the medical treatment only provides half of the treatment while the other half is because of the smell of the flowers and good environment, the nurse why is he suffering so much even when she scolds him, Neel explains that this is love and they have to bear the problems.
Chahat wakes up, Neel hides, she starts smiling seeing the flowers so asks if her father brought them for her, she asks the nurse if she doesnot know Dr Rahil Baig, nurse is about to reveal the truth, Neel signals her but Chahat refuses to take the medicine and then asks the nurse to bring something for her to eat because she doesnot have food taste after having the medicines, Neel thinks that he has found a way to make her eat what she likes.
Alka questions Zain why did he deceive her because if he had come for Chahat then why did he use her, Zain replies he has deceived her but she is also not that innocent because she was also using him to take Dua away from Chahat, he explains if she still wants to file a complaint but this would cause a lot problems for her as he is planning to take Chahat away very soon so then Neel would be left alone and will need someone to help him in the upbringing of the children, Alka questions when will he take Chahat away, he replies very soon but before has to take care of Neel.
Neel is walking with the Pani purri thinking Chahat really loves them, Zain causes him to fall on the ground exclaiming nothing like this would happen because Chahat would only marry him who is of the same status, he has even found a partner and it is misses Baig, Neel replies he has found the right partner, Zain holds Neel while Ghazala says that he must make sure Neel doesnot come inside because she needs to talk with Chahat.
Ghazala goes to Chahat, she in excitement asks about her father explaining she needs to say a lot of things to him, Ghazala sits in tension asking what she should explain, she then starts telling the entire story hearing which Chahat starts weeping.
Neel manages to free himself from Zain, so knocks on the door calling Chahat, she comes out in anger saying that she is not scared of people like him, asking where is his sword questioning why does he burn this hospital, Neel tries to explain he is her husband, Chahat replies Misses Baig has told her everything how he said that her father killed his sister so that he was forced to leave the country, she explains that he scared him to the extent that her father left her alone, Ghazala mentions she is happy to see the situation as the wife who used to speak good of her husband is now saying bad things regarding her Non-Muslim husband. she exclaims he wants to take her life; she brings the knife from the room exclaiming he can kill her but then must send the letter to her father that he can live the remaining life in peace. Neel asks if she thinks he would hurt her, he requests her to remember exclaiming his love for her, she replies she has nothing but hate for him and he must stop acting, she doesnot have any feelings, Chahat goes back inside, Zain asks Ghazala to come with him to the room, Vyas je going to Neel assures everything would be fine.
In the house Shlok asks how beautiful Chahat is looking in the photo, Dua is also really happy, Naveli thinks she wishes Chahat should have seen how the children have worked for her welcome, Bopho comes exclaiming that no photo of Chahat should be in the house, he tears them all, Godambari asks what is he doing when the children have worked with such effort, Bopho exclaims what should thye do when Chahat got hurt in the head and has forgot everything, she doesnot remember them, Dua exclaims it is all her fault because Chahat came to save her and got injured, she leaves with Shlok, Godambari runs after them, Bopho starts crying, Naveli asks him to not be so worried, he explains that Chahat has forgot everything and Ghazala has worked her best to convince Chahat that their family is the reason for her problems.
Neel is with Vyas je, he asks what they are doing here, Ghazala asks if Neel has not told them that Chahat has filed a case against Neel, the lawyer coming asks where is Chahat, she comes from the corner and standing beside the lawyer reveals everything when she is asked, she blames that Neel is the reason for burning her father’s hospital that he built with his desire and used to live only for the sake of running the hospital, he is now lost, Ghazala doesnot have a place to live, Neel accepts he is the reason for all the problems that have come in the life of Chahat and her family.
Precap: the lawyer explains there is a way to save himself from the punishment, Neel would have to name his house and also pay for the damages caused to Chahat and her family, Chahat reaching the house exclaims those who have caused problems for them will pay, she orders Neel to ask his family members to take there belongings and leave the house.
