Satya receives a call from Karan. She thanks him. He informs her that Iravati asked doctor to send report to Yug. When she comes home, she sees everyone is gathered. Yug asks her where she went. She says she wasn’t feeling well, so went to doctor. He did her check up and gave the report. She asks him to check it. He tells her that she should have asked him to come along. Saroj agrees. She says she didn’t want to disturb anyone. Iravati says that the doctor sent her report to Yug. Yug checks it on his phone and says everything is normal. Iravati tells him to double check the blood group. He says it’s Kahani’s blood group only. Satya thinks that means she and Kahani are sisters?

Ravi Kant is looking at twins’ picture. Satya comes there and says if he did anything, then today maybe both her daughters would be with him. He says he was helpless. Iravati had blackmailed him. He says that he knows he couldn’t do anything for her. He didn’t help her when she got Ronak arrested. Life is not easy. Satya expresses anger, disappointment at him. She tells herself to control and leaves from there. She comes to kitchen and drinks water. She says that she doesn’t want to involve in this family’s matter. Her inner voice tells her that Yug, this house belong to Kahani which she is trying to overtake. Satya says she will never betray Kahani. She helped her. Yug comes and takes Satya with him.

Iravati comes to Rupa and tells her that she’s finding Kahani’s behavior little odd since past few days. It looks as if Kahani is not Kahani. She leaves from there. Rupa thinks Iravati is right.

Kahani wonders why Satya didn’t return yet. She doubts her motive. She says she won’t stay there, no matter what. Just then Satya comes. Kahani says that she thought she wouldn’t come. Satya says that no matter what kind of person she is, she is not a betrayer. Kahani asks her how’s her mother. Satya says she’s fine and all thanks to her. She asks Kahani how she’s so good. Kahani tells her when she truly falls in love, she will know. Satya asks her to give her one more chance. She wants to see her mother, talk to doctor, and then she won’t mind spending rest of her life in there. Kahani says when she goes out, she will help her. If she doubts her, then she is making an exit for her. She can leave that place at anytime. Satya then tells her that their blood group is same. It’s possible that they are sisters for real. They hear someone coming. Satya tells her that she will come tomorrow and wait for her. Kahani gets happy wondering whether Satya is really her sister.

Rupa and Yug discuss that Kahani is behaving odd. Something is wrong for sure. Iravati comes and says Kahani is not in the house. Yug goes to find her. Iravati thinks that she knows Satya went to her mother. Iravati then sends a message to Yug, save me Yug, I am in a big problem, your Kahani.

Yug tells his family that he is going to find Kahani. Just then Satya enters. Yug hugs her and says he was scared seeing the message. Satya asks what message? He shows it to her. Satya stares at Iravati. Karan comes and says to Yug that he wants to tell him something important. His wife’s intentions are not good. Yug says what? Everyone is shocked.

Precap: Rupa tells Yug that she doesn’t trust what Karan said, but.. Yug says, but he does. Rupa says, but he supported Kahani. He says, exactly that he supported Kahani. The girl that’s in the house is not Kahani. He has to find out who the girl is, so that he can find and bring his Kahani back. This girl played with their emotions by being Kahani. Now he will play a game as well. He says, Kahani, wait for me. I am coming wherever you are.
