The Episode starts with Rabia congratulates Alia and tells that all the tests are fine and tells that they will complete all her medical procedures in 3 months and then they have to wait for 9 months. Alia gets happy and tells Rahul that the reports are positive. Rahul says awesome and thanks Alia. Alia thanks him. Sarangdhar brings juice and gives to Alia. Alia says your friend’s café is good and I initiated my life’s decision here. She says we will talk about me later and says lets talk about yourself. She says Mr. Poonawala was right about you and praises him. Sarangdhar couldn’t believe and thanks her. Alia says cheers for our new association, we will create a new future together. Sarangdhar looks at her. Mala and Rahul take Alia inside the café…Alia dances on the song Kuch toh hua hai…Sarangdhar looks at her and smiles. He also dances with everyone. He collides with Alia and dances. Rahul thinks the baby’s parents are together and they don’t know about each other. He thinks their 9 months story is in your hands…God. He claps. Alia and Sarangdhar strike RK pose. Everyone claps.
Kamleshwari brings Kumkum to her husband and asks her not to worry, as she is married. She sends her to her husband. Kumkum gets happy meeting her husband and sits at her side.
Alia and Sarangdhar wake up in their respective homes. Sarangdhar shouts at the garbage collector, while Alia keeps hand on her ears hearing some noise. They come to the office. Sarangdhar chooses gift paper, but Alia dislikes it. Rabia injects hormones to Alia and calls Sunita asking her to take care of Alia, as she will have mood swings etc. Alia looks at Sarangdhar in the office. Sarangdhar bonds well with Kavya in the café. The old lady looks at Sarangdhar and smiles.
Alia comes to the office and tells that she is getting irritated. Rabia says it is because of the hormones. Sarangdhar calls his Amma in the night and tells that he has a feeling that something special is going to happen. Rabia gives injection to Alia and tells that Donor’s blood test needs to be done, so that they get the final approval that he is good to father your child. Alia says ok. Rahul gets Sarangdhar’s blood test done. Nandini Sharma comes to Kavya’s café. Sarangdhar calls his Amma and makes her talk to Nandini. Nandini gets emotional talking to Kamleshwari and recalls Alia. Sarangdhar starts his poetry, while Nandini makes Kamleshwari watch him on the video call. They get teary eyes hearing him.
Someone thanks Sarangdhar for his poetry. Nandini gets emotional and asks Sarangdhar to get his poetry published. Sarangdhar says he tried, but…He says he tells his poetry here and tells that he will write Novel one day. Nandini gives her lucky coin to him and says her friend gave it to her when she started for the first time. Sarangdhar hesitantly takes it. Nandini looks at Alia’s pic and says I miss you Alia.
Rabia asks Alia why is she going to Alibagh and tells that tomorrow is the day, when she will implant embryo to her body. Alia says she wants to get Jatin Datta’s painting. Sunita asks about embryo? Rabia explains. Alia says baby’s size is of seed now. Rabia suggests her to send someone else on her behalf to Alibagh.
Kavya thanks Sarangdhar and Ramesh for helping her. Sarangdhar says no sorry and no thank you in friendship. Ramesh says if you have done friendship then have to support. Sarangdhar gets Alia’s call. Alia tells that he has to go out of the Mumbai. Sarangdhar tells that he can’t come today as he is committed to some one today. Alia gets upset with Sarangdhar. Rabia asks what did Sarangdhar tell? Alia comes there and collides with Sarangdhar, as he keeps something in the car. He asks if she followed him and came here. Alia says why will I follow you. Sarangdhar tells that you followed me to my home, to give me work for Dilse. He picks the fallen boxes and tells Kavya that Alia came here as he refused to do her work. Alia hears him and sees Kavya hugging Sarangdhar.
Alia sees her dad outside jatin datta’s house in Alibagh. He says he came to get Jatin’s painting. Alia says I learnt competition from you. They hear someone cancelling the meeting. Alia says I really want those paintings. Her dad says I will arrange paintings for you, but you have to drop the idea of IVF from your mind. Alia is shocked and says I am not a child anymore. She tells that she is getting insemination done tomorrow and nobody can change her decision. He says I will not support you. Alia says if I don’t do this for my baby, then there will be no difference between Nandini Sharma and me. Alia hears the artiste refusing to give the painting and thinks she has to get the painting anyhow and reach Mumbai by 8 am.
Precap: Rabia calls Alia and asks her to reach there by 8 am. Alia’s phone breaks and she tells Sarangdhar that she has to reach back soon. Sarangdhar asks her not to worry and goes with her, but her car stops midway. Alia cries thinking how she will reach now.
