Chahat mentions that she is really worried and doesnot know what would happen, she mentions that she has not been able to get a single patient and he has even cut his hair, he asks her to inform him how he looks, Chahat gives in saying that he is looking really handsome, the ward boy calls her inside.
The doctor asks Chahat where is the patient because she had to demonstrate stitches and if she doesnot have any patient then he would have to fail her in the practical test, Neel rushes in exclaiming that they desire a subject and it can be anyone, he hits his head against the wall again and again to become the subject but doesnot even listen to Chahat when she tries stopping him, she pulls him aside asking why did he do this as it is madness, at this Neel exclaims that he has done this, Chahat asks the doctor then he gives her permission, thinking what madness is this as he hurt himself to fulfil her dream, Chahat gets nervous and her hands start shaking, Neel inquires why is this happening because she must think of him as any other patient, Chahat exclaims he is not like any other, Neel makes her hear his heart beat through the stethoscope, Chahat hearing his heartbeat is able to calm herself down then starts stitching his injury, he is constantly looking at her face meanwhile she finishes with the stitches at which the doctor remarks that it is a clean stitch and she must come with him for the next test, Neel pulls her mentioning how he told her that she would never fail, she mentions that he is a mad man but hitting him she gets worried and tries to attend to him.
The pharmacist comes with the bill, Godamabri exclaims that she has never taken such expensive medicine and would not give him the bill, he explains that Neel ordered them, and it was it this address, Baleq taking the bill is shocked because it is the address of Bopho, he wonders why Neel would have asked for them because his parents do not live with him, Baleq thinks that he would have to check with Bopho.
The doctor explains that he has a patient who is not in a healthy mental condition and what should be done to revive her condition, Chahat picks up the baby who starts to cry and she asks the mother if she desires the baby, the doctor gets really worried saying that she would not be able to take care of the child, however is shocked to see that the mother takes up the child and is taking care of the baby, Chahat explains that her father told her that a parent could only be when they are near their children, the doctor awards her an A plus grade he exclaims that she only got such because of her husband and he loves her so much s she should care for him.
Neel realizes that he could make sure Dr Baig regains his health, Chahat is adamant that she would reveal her true identity in front of Viyas jee and also tell him that she is really a Muslim however when she comes out Neel is on a call with Bopho who exclaims that Dr Baig is not moving or even taking the medicine.
Chahat runs to Neel exclaiming how she has decided to reveal the truth about her identity to Viyas jee, Neel stops her mentioning that he has something important to discuss with her then taking her inside asks her to act as if is holding her hostage against her will and is constantly beating her, she doesnot understand however he explains that it is a prank on someone, she acts as it not knowing that her father is seeing the whole act, Dr Baig is not able to live with it so calls to Chahat, she is not able to understand the voice and asks from Neel who says that he will show her.
Dr Baig gets restless saying that he has to go and protect his daughter from Neel who would otherwise kill her, Bopho tries all that he can to prevent Dr Baig from leaving the room however he still manages to over-power Bopho and taking a knife which fell during the struggle he runs outside the house.
Baleq reaches the address thinking who is the person Neel is protecting, he walks in the society no knowing that Dr Baig is running to him however they are not able to meet as Baleq gets a call from Viyas jee who orders him to come back home immediately as the doctors have come, Baleq plans to come back to find out the truth.
Neel and Chahat reach the address, she insists with him to watch a video on her mobile however he insists that she first come with him to see the person she loves the most, suddenly the rain starts and Chahat drops her mobile, Neel orders her to pick it up otherwise it would be ruined.
Neel explains that she is not too far away from her own family and he might not be forgiven for his sins but she must let him try to correct his sins, he tries pulling her but she pulls him then starts crying, she is not able to control herself so takes his hand, he once again pulls her but she mentions that she thinks of him as her own but he would not think the same when she tells the truth, she says that she thought of a lot of plans with him but they all are ruined, Neel sits with him asking what has happened as she should stop crying.
Dr Baig is running with a knife thinking that Chahat is in danger and he must protect her, he aims to relieve her from the pain of their family, Dr Baig sees Neel standing in front of Chahat so plans t kill him with a knife but just at the time Bopho calls to him and he is able to push him away, Chahat doesnot realize and stops him from hitting Neel after the failed attempt, she is shocked to see that he is her father who is really angry and not able to control himself.

Precap: Chahat exclaims that she should not have wated her prayers praying for him, Neel inquires what is she saying because he ahs seen her pray for him and now when he is in front of her she is scolding him, Chahat exclaims that he deserves it because he is the one who had thrown the molthen steel on his face, Neel is shocked to see the video.
