Anant tells Gehna that he wants her hand for marriage so that he can give it to someone who can protect her forever. Baa and Bapuji get happy hearing that. Anant says he will find a prospectus groom for her. Gehna walks away hearing about marriage. Baa sends Tia behind her and tells Anant that after what happened, Gehna will take time to get out of it, but he did right by talking about Gehna’s marriage, Bapuji will go and speak to her regarding this. Anant asks if he should go and speak. Baa agrees. Kanak thinks concern towards Gehna will pose problem for them. Anant walks towards outhouse. In outhouse, Gehna tells Tia that she will become orphan again if she leaves this house. Tia says she can visit them whenever she wants like Hiral ben. Anant walks in and asks Tia to keep flower plants in a cupboard. Tia obeys. He asks her to close cupboard now. Gehna stops her and says without air and water, her plants will die. Anant says just like plant, even humans do and they need to leave their net someday. He takes out plants and says just like she loves plants, mom and dad love and care for her; if she doesn’t water them, they will die; similarly parents are worried for her future and wants to give her hands in safe hands; he doesn’t want her to hurry, but she should think of marriage for sure. Tia tries to cheer her up. Baa and Bapuji walk in. Gehna says she will do whatever they say. Bapuji emotionally says they will find a best match for her, Baa says they will send her with lots of flowers and jewelry.
Kanak and her team fume hearing Baa and Bapuji’s conversation and think why will they give gold to a maid, now Radha also entered their house after Badki/Kokila and Madki/Gopi went away. Kanak says she doesn’t care what Radika told Sagar, she thinks Radhika is more than a friend to Anant and only she can take Anant back to Singapore, they should keep her happy and make sure Gehna gets a bad husband.
Radhika praises Anant’s room’s decoration. Anant says Gehna decorated it. She says she is glad that Gehna takes care of house so well, but should they send her away so soon. Anant says she cannot continue working here forever; his father is indebted to Gehna’s father, but his family doesn’t consider that and family members don’t consider her as family members, Kanak and Hema hate her, so he wants her to go into a good house with good family. Radhika says don’t worry, everything will be good.
Next morning, Bapuji tells Baa that Gehna went through a lot last night and it will take a long time to get out of it. Baa says she doesn’t know what Gehna must be thinking. Gehna brings flowers for them for pooja. She then serves green tea to Kanak and tea to Pankaj. They ignore her. She then serves Chetan’s tea and Hema’s milksake. Hema yells at her. She gives toffee to Tannu and coffee to Sapan and Hiral. Sapan holds tray. Hiral yells at her that he is fit to serve servants and they themselves are poor. Gehna then walks back to Baa and Bapji and says she will prepare breakfast now. Baa says she doesn’t know what will happen to them after she gets married and leaves them. Gehna say she will not marry then. They scold her, and she says she will do as they say. Baa hugs her. Guruji walks in. Bapuji greets him takes blessings. Baa ays she wants to talk to him about Anant marriage, if a girl. Guruji says a girl has already entered their house. Just then, Radhika walks down with Anant and touches his feet. Baa introduces her as Anant’s friend. Guruji looks at her and says climate is changing which is pointing towards an unfavorable event, but they will pass through it easily. He walks away with his devotee.
Gehna returns to her room and sees Hema holding her parent’s gatbandhan cloth. She pleads to return it, but Hema tears it into pieces and throws it away, yells that Anant trashed her brother because of Gehna, she will shatter Gehnas life like this cloth. Gehna crying picks pieces and reminisces his father’s soul telling her that her parent’s love for her is gatbandhan and whenever she is pain, she should look at it.
Precap: Ananth writes Gehna’s biodata. Gehna says she has only 2 friends, champa and chameli. He corrects her tresses. Radhika walks in fuming and says she can tolerate everything, but not this.
