The Episode starts with Ishani saying I have earned this white coat with much hardwork, I will not put my principles at stake. NV asks what’s my motive to lie and cheat. She says maybe you were saving Sanjivani’s image. He shouts. Rishabh looks on. NV goes. Rishabh says don’t worry Ishani, I m sure NV will manage, he will make you do Sid’s surgery, you both should open a political party, Sid should also know everything, that you didn’t do any surgery since three years.

Sid says I will fulfill my wish list with Ishani. He tells his wishes. Ishani says I don’t understand. She comes to him. He says this time, I can’t come after you. She says I didn’t do any surgery since three years, I don’t think I m suitable, you may decide it, think well. Rahil comes and says Bebe is serious, come. Ishani runs. NV asks Bebe not to worry, doctors are coming. Ishani comes and asks Bebe about the pain. NV asks Rishabh where are the reports, quickly. NV prays for Bebe.

Rishabh shows reports. Ishani says Bebe’s body has much ammonia, its signs of liver failure. NV asks how. Rahil says its serious. NV and Rahil call a doctor for her. NV gets angry on the call and cancels his meetings. Ishani asks him to relax, why is he getting hyper. NV says if anything happens to Bebe, I can’t see. She says trust me, I won’t let anything happen to her. She asks them to get blood test done first and send to lab. NV asks why the blood test. She asks him to calm down. He asks her to say. Ishani says Bebe’s liver is damaged, we have to do a liver transplant now. He gets shocked. She says just relax, give me that which you always keep in your pocket. She takes the Gurudwara cloth. She says you say about courage and faith, you have to trust me and keep courage, I think she had hidden her illness from us. He says yes, she had got engaged in my life’s matters. Ishani says so she got so serious now. NV sees Bebe crying and says hide it further, you behave like kids. Ishani says finding matching liver is tough, we wish your blood matches with her, then we can transplant your liver part to her to save her life, only if you have no problem. He says she is my Bebe, I can give my life for her, who else do I have, except her, I don’t even remember my parents’ face, she is my everything.

She explains the procedure of surgery. NV says I m ready. Rishabh says she knows the procedure well, she should do it. Rahil says its a tough procedure. Rishabh says NV told the board members that she will do the first surgery, will she do it. Rishabh gives the cloth to Bebe. He holds Ishani’s hand and says all the best. He says I hope you got the answer, its Ishani’s first surgery. Rishabh says all the best. He thinks I hope she does some big mistake. Ishani thinks I will do my best today.

Bebe asks Ishani not to worry, if anything goes wrong in the operation. Ishani says I won’t let anything wrong happen with you, just be with me. NV and Bebe are prepared for the surgery. NV says its my and your first surgery, all the best. Ishani says best of luck to both of all, thank you very much. Rishabh looks on. She recalls NV’s words. Ishani treats NV and asks Rishabh to pass the injection. Rishabh argues. She says lets just focus, its intense, get to work, I didn’t ask you. She thinks I hope everything gets fine. Ishani asks Rishabh to close NV properly. She says I will start Bebe’s transplant. Rishabh thinks she is much focussed here, if this surgery gets successful, then NV will give Sid’s surgery to her, no, I have to do something. He says NV’s blood pressure is falling. Ishani asks what, we have to stop the bleeding.
