The Episode starts with NV saying I will always keep these marks as a sign that you treated. Ishani does the dressing and says done. They get up. Her hair get stuck in his coat button. She thinks he got me out of this pain, shall I thank him. Sid sees them. NV gets away and thinks I will make you fine Ishani. She thinks I don’t want any memory to trouble you. Sid says Ishani…. Rahil says his vitals are getting unstable. He sedates Sid. They look on. Its morning, NV says I want Ishani to get fine soon. The doctor says I think she is ready to do her first surgery. He asks really, I will assign her a surgery, she should get a chance to prove her talent, she is a good doctor, ranking board is coming today, Ishani will do her first surgery, they will see her talent, sorry I got much excited. Doctor says I understand, and goes.
NV thinks board will object to the fact that she didn’t do any surgery since 3 years, I have to do something. Ishani, Rahil and Rishabh update Dr. Mehta about Sid’s reports. Mehta says I m worried for Sid’s state, we may prepone the surgery. Rishabh asks can Sid’s body tolerate a surgery. Mehta says we have no choice. Rishabh thinks I wish I get a chance to do this surgery, Ishani has got between me and my dream. Mehta asks did NV decide who will assist it. Rahil says no. Rishabh taunts Ishani. He says if you make any mistake, you will be responsible for Sid’s life.
Ishani thinks Rishabh is right, I m not fit to do the surgery. NV comes and stops Ishani. He says I have to say something, its urgent, board members are coming, they have a meeting with you all, board will check your profiles in detail. Rahil and Rishabh leave. Ishani says you didn’t let me tell Mehta that I m not fit to do this surgery. NV says no, you won’t tell anyone, I have a request, I also want you to become part of Sid’s surgery, you have to perform another surgery today. She asks today, pinch me?
