NB introduces Minnie to a new chef Amarjeet as restaurant’s owner who will interview him. Chef insults Minnie that she is very immature without a bit of cooking knowledge. Minnie says though she doesn’t know cooking, her job is to administer restaurant. Amarjeet says he will not give interview to an arrogant kid. Minnie warns him to mind is tongue and says she will offer him 30000 rs salary plus yearly bonus if restaurant makes profit. Amarjeet walks away shouting he will not work under an immature kid. Minnie feels sad that she doesn’t know cooking. NB asks Minnie to not bother about old man. Waiter informs Minnie that another chef Neil Oberoi has come. NB asks Minnie to interview new chef like a boss.

Minnie walks to Neil Oberoi and starts questions. He says everything written in his profile. She sees him previously worked in a big restaurant and asks reason for leaving. He says he was removed. She asks if they didn’t like his food. He warns not to degrade his food as everyone become his fan after tasting his food. Minnie asks him to show his talent in kitchen. Neil says he understands that until she tastes his food, she will not hire him. She says she likes people who understand him and asks him to show his skills now. She takes him to kitchen and says he has to show his talent here He says he will try. She asks if he is not confident. He says anybody can be nervous madam. She asks him to call her by name and what will he prepare. He says kheer. She asks its a weird choice. He says he feels she needs some sweet.

Minnie says he has 30 minutes and introduces staff to him. He says it is not that tough making kheer. Minnie says it is necessary to know staff if he is selected. He says if he gets selected, he will train them according to him and asks to show ingredients. Minnie asks Simpy to show him ingredients. NB asks Minnie if she thinks he will succeed. Minnie says let us see. Neil prepares kheer with passion. Minnie says he is talking to his food ingredients like Babes used to speak to masalas. Neil gives final touch to kheer. Minnie says it is finally done, but Arya madam has to come. Neil asks who is Arya madam. Arya comes running and says she cannot taste food without her and asks who prepared it. Minnie introduces Neil Oberoi. Arya tries to remember him.
