Ajji requests Priya not to tell this to anyone. Priya tells her to trust her. I understand but till when will you hide it. This will come out some day if Radhika will participate at such a big dance show. Ajji says we will face it then. This is an exam for us. We will head back to Satara the day the show ends. It will be better if this secret remains a secret till then. Priya says there is no guarantee about that.

Tara and Bedane speak about her studies. Bedane asks her if she is studying. She nods. Did you tell Baba that I am studying diligently? He nods.

Arjun is passing from somewhere when he notices corn. He recalls Bedane’s words and brings one for her. He notices Tara eating popcorn with Bedane. She does not eat anything when Bappa is going! Amazing! He turns and Radhika

notices the corn in his hand. He gives it to her.
Tara asks Bedane if he is sure about Abhay. Bedane nods. He even got a tattoo of Tai’s name on his arm. Tara is impressed. It is good that you are here. Who would have told me all this otherwise? What have you told your parents about coming here? Bedane excuses himself by cooking an excuse. Tara asks Radhika to give her corn but Radhika denies. Tara says I wont tell you something about Abhay. Radhika gives it to her. Tell me now. Tara tells her about the tattoo. Radhika smiles.

Ajji says Chiman says no one stays there or visits that place. Priya tells Ajji she agrees no one stays in that house. Everyone called that house inauspicious once you left. Ajji says it wasn’t about the house but us. We became weak in the face of problems. Life is not all about ladders but snakes too. One must try to start again when a snake bites you. We lost as we became weak. The house is not to be blamed. Priya says no one stays in that house but someone comes there often. I don’t know much and I haven’t asked anyone but I have seen light in that house always. She excuses herself as someone calls her. Don’t worry. I wont tell anyone anything.

Tara meets Arjun. Lifeline! He asks her to say it. She says sorry. I forgot to thank you for helping me, for finding Tai. He asks her if she isn’t too early. She says I am actually late. She lists down all the tasks. He cuts her mid sentence. He asks about the corn. She says Tai has given it to me. He calls her Bakasur. You ate so much earlier and are now eating corn. He folds his hands and gives up on her. She tells him to ask for it if he wants it. He walks away.

Bedane is boasting about Satara. Tara asks him why he ran away back then. Why have you come to Mumbai? What are you hiding from me? He tries to divert her mind but she gives him Bappa’s swear. He tells her that Sachin has sent him here to take her back to Satara. She is taken aback. Say it again. He obliges. He has spoken to everyone. Tai must stay here for some more time but you should go home now. You cannot go alone so I came here. You will study in Satara. She speaks of her work but he points out that this is why Sachin has asked him to bring her home. She asks him if everyone knows that she needs to go back. He nods.

Varun is shocked to know that someone comes to their old house often. It must be her imagination. Ajji says it might be but Priya knows everything about us. We should shift from here. He says we gave deposit and rent for a month already. What if the other place is expensive? We should stay here till the time I find a job. Tara says you will send Tara back to Satara now as you don’t need me. What about my job? Ajji says they tried to explain to Sachin and Sarita but Sachin did not listen to her. Tara refuses to go back to Satara. I am in production in Dancer Number 1. Chinu and Radhika say that isn’t a big job. Tara says it is still my job. They ask her about her salary. Varun tells her she must study right now. Tara says I will do both. I have to work. I have signed the papers too. Ajji calls her manager. Radhika says she cannot be manager just because you say so. Varun reasons that it is important for her to study right now. You wont be able to do that here. Tara gets sad.

Tara is looking at the chawl. I want to stay here in Mumbai. I do miss Aai and Baba but I can go back after some days. I wont return to Mumbai easily after going home. I enjoy my work so much. I get to see and speak to MK sometimes. I can also help Tai by staying here. She thinks of Ankit. I should go back to Satara. Ankit Sir wont be able to do anything then. Tai will still be in the show! she asks Bappa why she dint think of this before. I should leave Mumbai instead of dance. Ajji tells her to have patience. It is a snake. You will find your ladder soon. Tara denies. Maybe I will find the ladder in Satara this time. Ajji offers to speak to Sachin but Tara suggests going back to Satara. Baba is alone there. I will be with him. You all are here with Tai. Ajji calls her smart fondly. Let’s go inside.

Bedane asks aloud as to where he should sleep. Varun asks everyone to select a place for themselves. They choose their sleeping place and don’t let him lie down anywhere. He decides to sleep outside. Can I get a mattress? He puts his bed outside. Someone comes in Sachin’s house (in Mumbai chawl) stealthily late at night.

Next morning, Varun tells Chinu that he is going to meet someone for job. Bedane also decides to go to Dancer Number 1 set. He notices the house and tells Ajji that he had only heard that Mumbai never sleeps. I witnessed it last night. Someone came to the house number 6 at around 3 am. I thought I was hallucinating but the light was actually on. Chinu says that house is closed since years. Chiman had told us. The name of the guy who stayed there starts with S. Varun tells Bedane he must have imagined it but Bedane explains that he looked carefully. The light was on but then I ignored it. They hear Tara shouting and run inside.

Tara imagines Bedane coming towards her. He is dressed as Yamraj. I have come to take you. She refuses to go anywhere. Who are you? He calls himself Yamraj. Let’s go to Satara. She declines. He tells her that it is Gabbar aka God’s order. She requests him not to take her anywhere. He holds her hand asking her to come with him. She is shaken out of her reverie upon realising it is Bedane. It was a dream but it is also true that I must go back to Satara.

Precap: Ankit is looking for Tara. She hides. Bedane tells her not to hide anymore. Tell him that it was you who gave the audition. She asks him if he is mad. He reasons that Tai is already a part of the show now. They cannot throw her out of the show. Ankit asks a crew member about Tara. She calls out to him. I am here.
