The doctor notices Naksh is opening his eyes. Naksh looks towards Rimjhim and asks why Ishaan has hold her this way. Ketan says its fine, police is soon arriving to take Rimjhim. Mosmi says she is ashamed to have a sister like Rimjhim. Naksh gets a head ache. Pakhi sits beside him out of care. Naksh was furious and asks why Pakhi didn’t leave till now. Everyone insist Pakhi isn’t his wife. Naksh asserts that he hates Pakhi and only considers Rimjhim as his wife, if they have also gone to Baa’s team. The condition of Naksh deteriorates. He fells unconscious once again. The doctor says it seems Naksh has lost some of his memory, they need to give him some time. He shouldn’t be stressed, else he might have a nervous breakdown.

Rimjhim smirks and comments how they will stop police.

She has been blessed tremendously. Ketan and Ishaan warn Rimjhim that she will suffer the day Naksh’s condition improves. She tells Mamta to get her room cleaned.
In the room, Mamta takes a few photos to show to Naksh. Pakhi says they can’t stress Naksh’s mind and show these photos to him, what if he goes to comma. Mamta was worried what she must do then. Pakhi says medicines are bitter but have to be given to patient. They have united after a long time, they can’t let Rimjhim win by falling weak. Naksh loves her, he may never get away from her. She told Mosmi to remove every of her belonging from Naksh’s room.

Mosmi was collecting Pakhi’s belongings in the room. Rimjhim comes inside and offers Mosmi to shake hands with her. She was assertive and tells Mosmi to speak up. Mosmi tries to stand up and was finally on her feet. Mosmi slaps Rimjhim and asks if she got her reply. Rimjhim clutches her chin and says Mosmi is like her, stubborn. But her assertiveness will burn Pakhi and this family, while Mosmi’s stubbornness will burn her. Mosmi was sure once Naksh is fine, he will hand her to the police. Rimjhim says she won’t let Naksh heal. She tells her to clean the room, they have to take rest.

Naksh wakes up on the couch. Mamta helps him sit up. Naksh asks how he got hurt. Mamta was silent. Naksh looks angrily towards Pakhi and was again furious, he tells the family to ask Pakhi leave. Mamta insists that Naksh needs to rest. Naksh has a severe head ache. Pakhi says she can’t take Naksh to his room. Rimjhim comes to take Naksh to the room as his wife. She asks Naksh how he can take Pakhi’s support, didn’t they tell him he got this injury by Pakhi. Naksh trembles of fury and shouts at Pakhi to leave.

In the kitchen, Pakhi laughs thinking about her times with Naksh. Mosmi comes to Pakhi and apologizes for all she had done to her. She warns that Rimjhim wants to get between Naksh and her relationship. Pakhi smiles that her relation will be saved, there isn’t much space between her and Naksh for someone to intervene. Mosmi assures she is with her and the family.

Upstairs in the room, Pakhi reaches the room door. Naksh tries to stand up but gets dizzy. Before he could fell on the floor, Pakhi comes to support him.

PRECAP: Rimjhim questions why Pakhi is behind Naksh’s life. She must leave the room as Naksh doesn’t want her to be in the room. She pushes Pakhi outside the room.
