Nayeem Bi/NB confronts Babita that whatever HS did was a sin, but its human nature and all humans make mistake, why don’t she forgive and accept him. Babita walks away saying she doesn’t need anyone’s support. NB asks not to say that, else angels will accept her wish. Minnie wakes up HS and asks him to get ready soon. He says even police training doesn’t happen so quickly. She says Babes has gone out and prepared food for them. Sardar Singh walks in and asks HS if he still sleep till late, already he finished bathing and morning walk. Minnie serves him desi food. He asks if she prepared it. She says she cannot prepare anything. Sardar Singh asks if HS prepared it. Minnie says he prepares only burnt roti and daal, he can ask Laala uncle; her mother Babes prepared it.
Sardar Singh praises food taste and asks HS till when he will stay alone, he should remarry as woman’s presence makes house lively. HS says he has NB and Laala and even Sardar Singh will visit him often. Sardar Singh says he will return to his village in 11 a.m. train. Minnie asks if he will not file case against HS. Sardar Singh says he will first go to court and take back case and then will go his village; he gives shagun money to Minnie. Minnie hesitates. HS signals to accept it. She accepts it and says bye naanu, take care. HS drops him till door, and he says he saw the way Minnie’s mother understands Imarti, so if he should send HS’ proposal to her. HS says no need for that, he is happy the way he is. Minnie then helps HS wear his uniform and asks him to act like old HS. He speaks in his old style. She says thats like her HS uncle, she asks if he can live without Babita’s support. HS says he knows how to manage alone.
NB, Kammo and other staff members of Babita find it difficult to manage without Babita. Kammo gets a call that reporter wants to take Babita’s interview. She nervously informs NB and says they need to prepare special dishes before reporter comes and even should gets someone to speak in English. NB calls Minnie and explaining whole situation seeks her help. Minnie reaches there excitedly and tries to help them prepare dishes. Khatri enters and taunts them they are trying to prepare dishes looking at cook book and are like neem hakim khatra-e-jaan. NB warns him to not disturb them. Minnie gets Mickey’s call and tells him that she is busy and cannot meet him and Preet.
Preet and Mickey enjoy ice cream at area’s ice cream parlor when a lady gets out of car, walks to parlor and tastes different flavors before ordering one. They both realize she must be the reporter and rush to inform Minnie. Minnie panics thinking how will she make arrangements in such a short span. HS with Lala walks in next and asks if they need any help as he is free for 2 hours. Minnie says already they are tensed as reporter is coming to take Babes’ interview and she is not here, so she needs some time to make arrangements. HS asks if he should keep reporter busy with his charm until she makes arrangements. Minnie says that is a good idea and insists him. He nervously says he was just joking. She convinces him with emotional blackmail. HS walks to reporters and flirts with her. She realizes he is flirting and confronts him. He accepts. She spends time with him while Minnie prepares Patiala Babes’ signature dishes. HS takes here there. Everyone greet her and Minnie insists to have dishes. Reporter says she just wants to meet Babita, but tries dishes on HS’ insistence. NB gets a call again and she gives it to Kammo. Kammo acts shocked and informs that interview is canceled. She walks to reporter and asks if she didn’t come to take interview. She asks what interview.
Precap: HS tells NB that he got connected to Minnie does not mean he should connect with her mother. Babita tells NB that she has found a new rental accommodation.
