Raghunath digs ground to get back his hidden god bracelet and finds flowers instead. He is amazed that bracelet is in temple and sees seeds also there, realizes telling Sai that he is sowing seeds as a remembrance of performing pooja first time in the temple, realizes whatever lied to Sai came true. Bhima walks in calling Mhalsapati. Raghunath hides and acts as coming out of house. Mhalsapati walks out and meets Bhima. Bhima says tonight all Shirdi people have decided to hear Sai’s pravachan/teachings in Dwarkamayi and even he should attend. Mhalsapati agrees. Raghunath says he will make pooja arrangements. Bhima says as he wishes and leaves. Raghunath thinks he can steal temple jewelry while everyone are busy hearing Sai’s pravachan in Dwarkamayi.

At night, Tatya, Bhima, and

Ali bring pooja items. Sai asks why are they doing all work themselves. Jhipri says Sai should think of good holy stories. Raghunath enters with Mhalsapati and Yamuna and says he will make all pooja arrangements while Sai can peacefully deliver his pravachan. Sai blesses him to always do good deed and sits aside. Raghunath thinks once everyone get busy, he will silently slip off and steal temple jewelry. He tries to pick Sai’s bag. Jhipri stops him and says nobody can touch it and asks Saik to take his bag. Raghunath thinks what is in this bag that Sai protects it so much, anyways he has to concentrate on stealing jewelry. Yamuna picks pot to get water. Raghunath takes it from her and walks away saying he will get it.
Disciple gather around Sai. Mhalsapati requests Sai to start his pravachan. Sai starts samudhra manthan story. Raghunath walks towards temple. Sai continues story. Raghunath enters temple and thinks Shirdi people are very innocent and could not identify him even after his many mistakes. Sai continues story how Swarbhan consumed amrith, god cut his throat, etc. Raghunath tries hard to steal jewelry but fails. Sai gives moral gyaan that a man can trick others, but cannot succeed for long, be it Swarbhan or scholar like Ravan, their greed becomes reason for their end. Raghunath angrily fumes that villagers have fixed jewelry with gum and he cannot steal them, so he should return to Dwarkamayi before people doubt him. He angrily walks towards Dwarkamayi holding water pot.
