The Episode starts with Sandhya coming to Police station and giving balm to the constable. She talks to everyone there. A boy gives her tea. Karthik is seen as the Police Inspector and asks the goon to tell from where he got the gun. Sandhya says I came at the wrong gift. She says my brother has become a police officer. She gives him tiffin. He opens the tiffin and eats his favorite poha. He says nobody can make Poha like you. She asks did you do my work or not. Karthik says I am trying fully and asks why you come daily to ask me. He says this is important case for me. Sandhya says he was my son and is very important. She asks him not to give her false hopes and says she will search him. Karthik says mat be he is not in this world. Sandhya asks about missing kids complaint. He says one report is filed. He
asks her if she will go to meet him as he is realizing from jail today. Sandhya says no.
Usha tells Pratibha that they have to complete the order. She takes tension. Pratibha’s husband bring the stuff. Ankit comes there talking on phone. He asks Pratibha to make her drink coconut water. Shobha is married to him now and refuses to drink it. Ankit says I want baby to be cute like you. He opens the door to go office with Shobha, just then Vinayak comes there and says I came to know about your marriage. Shobha is about to bend down and touch his feet, Usha stops her and says this man is not related to us. Madhuri asks what are you saying? She asks how are you? Usha asks her to ask him to leave. Madhuri says he served punishment for 7 years and says you all had punished him. She says this is his house and family. Usha says I am not heartless like you and says you are dead for me seven years ago. Vinayak gets teary eyes. Madhuri asks him to give some time to Usha and says God will do everything good. Ankit drops Shobha to her office and asks her to take care. He asks her to inform Sandhya about Vinayak. Shobha comes to the office and hears Angad appreciating Sandhya for winning young achievers award. Sandhya thanks him and tells that someone will go to receive the award on her behalf. She says she is a working mom and after 2, her time is dedicated to her daughter and family.
Shobha comes and wishes her. Sandhya asks her to rest. Shobha says she is 6th month pregnant now. Sandhya asks Angad if he wants to say anything. He shows the drawing. Sandhya says 10 out of 10. Angad asks her to see the drawing and asks her not to give false hope to Aastha. Sandhya asks do you trust that he will not come. Angad says it is not possible. Sandhya says I am sure that Prem will return one day and if Aastha refuse to accept him then, that’s why I told him. Angad says she is a little girl. Sandhya says sometimes I feel that you don’t understand me, you are near me, but not with me. She walks away from his cabin. Shobha comes there and asks if they fought again. Angad says why don’t Sandhya understand? Shobha asks why don’t you see that her hopes end in the night and she gets up hopeful with the morning. Angad says he sees her crying in the night and he can’t bear to see her crying. He says Sandhya has to forget Prem else she will forget herself.
Malini and Aastha see Sandhya. Aastha says it seems they have a fight again, if Prem bhaiyya comes then they will stop fighting. She goes to temple and does God’s aarti asking him to accept the aarti without diya as she is small. She prays to God to send Prem back home. He says when he comes home then everyone will be very happy. Om Namashivay plays…..
Karthik comes to the place and says all criminals do crime when I am eating. He is at the place near Kapil’s house and find the man’s deadbody. The watchman tells that he had called him and says this man came here last night. Karthik asks him to be there and goes inside Kapil’s night. He puts the torch and sees drawing. He sees someone going from behind him. A boy is walking on his hands and legs. He finds biscuits there and says someone ate it, looking fresh. He finds the blanket with P written on it and calls out Prem. He thinks it is very dark and thinks to come in daytime.
Imagination scene –Sandhya imagines a boy running and laughing. She calls him, turns and sees Sakshi. She is about to fall down. Angad comes and holds her. Sandhya asks if she was walking in sleep. Angad says yes and says you was about to fall. He says you are hopeful that he will return, but this hope is breaking you and asks her to be practical. Sandhya asks do you have the proof that he is not in this world. She says just like you can’t proof, even I can’t prove. She says my heart says that he is in this world and trying to live in this world and missing me very much. The boy who is walking like an animal comes to the shop to get bun from the shop. The shop keeper asks who is he and threatens to call Police. The boy calls Maa. The man flies in air and vanishes. Karthik comes home. Vinayak says you came late. Karthik is sad. Usha asks why is he sad? Shobha asks did you bring vada bhav from near your PS. Ankit teases her. Karthik shows the shawl/baby blanket with P written on it. Pratibha says this was made by Sandhya and baby was wrapped in it when he went missing. Usha asks from where did you get it? Karthik says from an isolated house. Pratibha asks Usha to call Sandhya. Karthik says we didn’t get Prem yet. I don’t want to give her false hopes. He says we will go in the morning and search him.
In Angad’s house, Shobha is watching TV. Astha asks her to drink coconut milk for baby’s growth. Sandhya asks her to have food. Malini asks her to have paratha. Aastha says she will drink and take paratha.
Sandhya takes Aastha with her in the car. They come to the shop. Vinayak sees her there. He asks Aastha how is she? Aastha asks who is he? Sandhya says you would have told me before coming. He asks her to forgive him. Sandhya says you have kept your daughter away from 22 years. He says just like you can do anything for your son, I have done that for you. He shows the blanket. Sandhya asks if Prem is with you. Ankit and Akhil come to Kapil’s house. Sandhya reaches there and asks Aastha to be in the car. Aastha says I want to come with you. Sandhya asks her to finish her tiffin and asks her not to open the door and window even if someone asks. Aastha nods her head. Sandhya comes there. Aastha starts eating parathar. Karthik is here. Sandhya asks where is my Prem? Karthik asks who told you? Sandhya says baba. Akhil and Ankit call Prem. They say he might have a different name now. He says your Mamas came. Sandhya and Karthik come inside the house. Sandhya looks at the wall drawings and Maa written on the wall. She says Prem.. A door is opened. Prem is walking from behind her. Aastha sees black butterfly and opens the window. Sandhya comes inside and see Sandhya. Karthik says he found bread. Aastha tries to touch the butterfly and shouts when it bites her.
Precap: Sandhya, karthik, Ankit and Akhil find Prem. Sandhya informs Angad. She takes him to doctor. Doctor says this boy is staying alone since 7 years. Prem hugs Sandhya and sees Sakshi, calls her Maa.
