The Episode starts with Angad informing his family members that Sandhya is pregnant. Malini says this is really a big news and tells that she is very happy. Balraj says God gave us this happiness after a lot of time. Madhuri asks why you are sad. Sandhya says this baby is not ours. Madhuri and Malini ask what do you mean? Tantrik comes there and says this is Kapil and Sakshi’s baby. He says Angad and Sandhya have told me everything and I came to make you all understand. He says Past haven’t gone from present, the horror story didn’t end and the souls are not rest in peace. Malini says how can this happen? Tantrik says Kapil and Sakshi had a baby and when they were killed brutally, the baby was also killed. He says Kapil and Sakshi want to bring their baby back in this world and used Sandhya and Angad’s
bodies. He says a mother can die, but can’t see her baby dying, but Sakshi saw her baby dying infront of her eyes and now she wants to see her baby alive. That’s why they made plan to make their baby born from your womb and says their baby will take birth from your womb. Malini says pret aatma’s baby in Sandhya’s womb. Tantrik says don’t worry, this baby will be like ordinary child and it will not be easy for this baby to come in this world. He says your baby will bring his world with him and will become a test for your family. He says it will be a big test for your motherly love and his upbringing needs you to give sacrifice in every step. He says this baby will test your relation with your husband and it will be difficult on every relation of yours. He says you can’t connect with him or can’t break with him. He says this baby will become a big trouble for you and tells that my blessings are with you. He asks her not to forget that even God bends down infront of Mother’s love. Sandhya folds her hand. Everyone discusses about the baby and has mixed reaction. Kiran says it won’t be easy and says lets end the baby’s chapter. Malini says it is not Sandhya and Angad’s baby. Sandhya recalls Tantrik’s words and Sakshi’s words. She gets up and feels drowsy. Angad holds and hugs her and tells her that she is very valuable for her. He says he will be with her.
Malini says we can’t take a chance. Usha says we can’t kill the baby. Madhuri says we have the right to save Sandhya. Balraj asks them to be positive and says God give them a chance to become parents, we shall celebrate. Malini asks what about our kids. Sandhya comes and says I have decided and says this is not our baby, but it is in my womb. She says she has decided to give birth to this baby. Malini says but. Sandhya says I know I will face hurdles, but I may give justice to my sister and some peace by bringing this baby in this world. She feels bad for her sister and tells that Jolly and his friends killed Sakshi and her family. She wanted to live normal life, but they didn’t let them live. She says if they would have been alive then the baby might have called me Maasi. She says I didn’t get a chance to become his Maasi, but got a chance to become his Maa. She says I will not insult the chance given by God and says she will give him all the happiness which Sakshi wants to give him. Angad says he is with Sandhya. Kiran says this is not your sister’s love but punishment and hatred for all of us. Sandhya says this is the incomplete story of a baby which I will complete by bringing him in this world. Balraj says I am really proud of you.
Months are passing by. Everyone take care of Sandhya during her pregnancy and keep her happy. Angad brings Sandhya to the baby room loaded with toys. He paints the room. Itni si khushi plays….Sandhya makes P on the cloth. Angad asks for what ‘P’ stands for? Sandhya says it is prem of two sisters, prem of Sakshi and mine. He asks how do you know that it is a boy. Sandhya says Sakshi had the baby boy so it will be boy. Angad says lets make the embroidery together. Malini hears them.
Later, Sandhya’s godh bharayi happens. Dev and Ruhi dance watching the song while Sandhya takes their video. Angad asks what they’re doing. They promote the film. Sandhya insists to watch the film. Angad says no, you are 9 month’s pregnant. Sandhya feels baby kick and tells Angad. Angad says ok, I will book the tickets. Later Sandhya talks to the baby and calls him Prem, she says when you come, then my sister shall feel peace and get some love. She says my sister hates me, I want her to get some peace and she shall get all the love. Suddenly she gets labour pain and shouts calling Angad. Later she is in her bedroom and tells that she can’t bear the pain. Angad says lets go to hospital. Madhuri says she can’t go to hospital now and asks him to call doctor at home. Angad says there is traffic jam and says doctor will take 1 hour to come. Madhuri says we will get the delivery done. Malini asks what? Madhuri asks Pratibha to get hot water. Angad tells that he will be with Sandhya and will not go outside. Usha prays for Sandhya. Sandhya delivers baby. Everyone gets happy and congratulates each other. Madhuri gives baby to Sandhya. Sandhya tells Angad that their Prem came and talks to the baby. Baby holds her hand. Angad says you was talking to him since 9 months and says this is your Prem. Everyone smiles. Sandhya says welcome to our world.
Malini lights diya in the temple and thanks God for Sandhya and asks him to keep them happy. Later, when Sandhya and Angad are sleeping, Sandhya gets a dream that she is in Kapil’s burnt house and says I want to go. She runs and sees Kapil. She hears baby crying and asks where is the baby. She falls down and shouts. Sakshi comes near the window and looks at the baby. Sandhya is still trapped in a bad dream. Sakshi lifts the baby and says you will be with your mother, for whom you have returned and for whom your mum is here. She says you are just my son. She looks at Sandhya and vanishes with the baby. Sandhya wakes up and shouts asking where is her son, where is her Prem. Angad says he must be with family member. Sandhya comes downstairs and asks Malini about Prem? Usha, Madhuri and others tell that he is not with them. Sandhya says Prem is not here and asks where did he go? She shouts and searches for him. Angad asks her to be careful. She comes back to room and says my Prem is not here. She shouts Prem and says where did my Prem go? Angad sits down sad. Sandhya tells Angad that she wants her son back. Balraj asks Dev to call Police. Sandhya tells that his son went out and she will bring him back.
7 years later
A little girl makes moustache on Balraj’s face and also the mole. Malini is talking on phone. Balraj comes and asks where is the newspaper? Malini laughs. Balraj says she made me joker again and calls her Aastha. The little girl runs away from there. Balraj comes to Angad and laughs seeing Kiran. Aastha draws moustache on her face. Ruhi says my Kajal and lipstick is missing. They shout Aastha. Aastha comes to the temple. Sandhya asks if she has finished praying and says lets go. Aastha takes the Prasad laddoo and comes with Sandhya. Kiran asks her to see what Aastha did. Sandhya asks Aastha why did she do this? Aastha says you asked me not to paint on wall so I did this to get everyone’s attention. Sandhya asks her to say sorry. Astha says sorry. Sandhya says I will paint your face. Aastha runs to Angad and asks him to save her from Dracula. Angad says Papa will save you from Dracula. Malini says it is good, Astha came in our life after we lost Prem. She says Aastha is the only baby in his house alone. She says they shall think about the second baby. Balraj says Aastha is not their only child and says Prem is somewhere in this world. Kiran looks on upset.
A man is going from the jungle when his car tyre breaks. Driver asks him to sit in the car and says I will change the tyre. The man tells that he will go out and see, it is fun and asks him to change the tyre. He sees Kapil and Sakshi’s burnt house and comes inside out of curiosity. He asks if someone is here. He opens the room;s door and many birds come out from there. Someone is running from behind him like an animal. Someone comes holding lamp comes there and asks who are you? He says I am caretaker here. The man says my car stopped so I came. The caretaker tells that there is nobody here and asks him to go. The man runs out scared.
Precap: Sandhya calls Prem and sees Sakshi. Sakshi pushes her. Angad tells that Prem is not here. Sandhya comes to Kapil’s house and gets shocked.
