The Episode starts with Nadim getting Saltanat to the kitchen. He says its good no one has seen you and informed Miyajaan, I m not able to handle things, I trusted you and let you go with Zaroon, I was sure that you will always do the right, you said you are going to your friend and then confessed love in the Nikaah, I didn’t say anything, don’t ashame my decision by coming like that, you can’t see me hurt, I can’t hurt Miyajaan why did you come here. She says to meet you and mum, its my birthday, you aren’t wishing me and just scolding me. He says I m sorry and hugs her.

He wishes her and blesses her to get all the happiness. He asks how are you now, I learnt that your lungs were affected by water-fill. She says yes, I m fine now. He hugs her and asks her to go. Kainat comes

to Zaroon and sees him sleeping. She says Zaroon, you know how much I love you. He says less than I love you. She holds his face and lies next to him. She says I love you Zaroon. She does shayari and gets close to kiss him. She hears footsteps and quickly gets away. She wears her specs and hides. Saltanat comes there. She looks around.
Zaroon pulls Saltanat and says I was sleeping, you woke me up, where did you go. He hugs her. She asks what are you doing. He says love, as I promised you. Kainat gets angry and hits the wall. Saltanat turns to see. She asks did you hear any sound. He says no. Kainat leaves. Saltanat wakes up by the sound and goes to see. Zaroon calls out Saltanat. She asks was someone here. He asks her to come and sleep. She checks the letter she got.

Its morning, Saltanat gets Zaroon’s call and says I have some work, customers are coming, I will talk later. She comes to the furniture shop and asks about the big trunk sale. She gives the receipt. The man says its of last week, all sorts of furniture is sold here. She slips and falls inside a trunk. It gets shut. Zaroon checks the recipe and cooks Saltanat’s fav recipe. He gets a call. Gurinder calls Zaroon and says I know Saltanat was going to come late, where is she. Zaroon says she left in the morning. He worries for Saltanat. Saltanat coughs and comes out of the trunk. She recalls that she was locked inside. She sees some marks on it. The man says I got the bill. He says it was some rich woman, she bought it and then returned it to me for free, she asked me to sell it off. Saltanat gets thinking. Sabina calls Kainat and says she got to know everything. Kainat gets shocked. She asks who got to know and what. Sabina asks her to come soon to meet her. Kainat goes to meet Sabina and sees her sinking in the water tank. She gets shocked. Sabina shouts help.

She asks Kainat to save her. Kainat runs to her and asks who did this with her. Sabina says someone has done this with me, get me out of it, else Saltanat will kill me. Kainat says no, first tell me, what does she know, did you take my name. Sabina says no, I didn’t tell her anything, she will kill me. Kainat laughs and says then you die, you are useless, your plan didn’t work, its better that you die, I will get closer to Zaroon, nothing else matters to me, I made a big mistake, I should have shut Saltanat in this instead the trunk, she would have died, I will see her later. Sabina shouts for help. Saltanat throws a hammer over the water box. Sabina gets freed and gets up. They see Saltanat’s shadow. Sabina runs away. Kainat turns when Saltanat holds her.
