Mandar sees Meghna working hard in her factory and scolds her to rest. She asks why he is worried. He says he is worried for his baby. She asks if he is not worried for his wife, if she does not work, who else will as he already left her business, now she will stay in chawl and will make sure her children get admission in International school and she will do it alone without Mandar’s help. Mandar walks away. Meghhna then goes to Bindu’s house and returns her 2 lakhs. She thanks her for getting help from Amar. She explains her plan of taking big loan to scale up her business but does not know how will she get it. Mota pappa walks in. She touches his feet. He blesses her and says she will get loan from cooperative bank and he will refer her to his bank manager friend. Meghna says
she stays in chawl and does not have any collateral for loan. Bindu signals Mota pappa to help Meghna. Mota pappa asks if she orders in hand. Meghna says she has many new orders and bought 1 more factory to fulfill orders. Mota pappa says then she can get loan on her orders. Meghna thanks him. He says she needs to get him 2 laddoo boxes and goes to bring bank manager’s ID card. Meghna then questions Bindu if she remarrying. Bindu says she needs to move on. Meghna asks if Mota pappa will agree for it. Bindu says he wants her to marry before Amar and Kangana’s marriage. Meghna is amazed to hear that and asks Bindu if she is ready for it. She says yes for Amar’s sake.
Punith reminisces informing Prarthana about Bindu’s decision of second marriage. He confronts Kangana that she interfered between Amar and Bindu and Amar just nods to her demands and does not really want to marry her. Kangana walks to Amar and asks if he really wants to marry her. He says yes. She asks him to propose her tonight then. Amar asks Punith to get him a proposal ring. Punith calls Viraaj and asks him to send jeweler’s number from whom he bought ring for Prarthana. At Prarthana’s house, Viraaj’s mother’s tantrums continue.
Meghna returns home and excitedly informs Baba about her new order and taking loan. Baba asks how much loan. She says big and not to inform Mandar about it, else he will not let her take risk. Baba says risk also must be big then and what if she fails. She says yes, but she is ready to take risk and act faster, requests him again not to inform Mandar. At Mandar’s office, his manager gets call from boss who scolds manager for losing order to new player Swapna Garments and asks if he knows Swapna garment owner’s relative works for us. Manager says Mandar is Swapna Garments’ owner’s husband. Boss says he knows who is the traitor then. Manager reminisces Mandar confronting Meghna for stealing his order and tells boss that Mandar is loyal. Boss asks manager to use Mandar in their favor.
Bindu transfers 10 lakhs in Amar’s account and packs her belongings. Amar sees message and calling her asks why did she transfer 10 lakhs. Bindu says he had given 10 lakhs for Meghna, Meghna returned 2 lakhs, so she transferred back 10 lakhs into his account as she does not have right on his belongings now. Amar asks if she is breaking their friendship. She says never as she earned only that. He says she can keep that money for her wedding. She says she has mota pappa as her father who will never let anyone else spend on her wedding. Amar says even then. She says he needs that money as he will have a lavish wedding with Kangana. Amar feels sad.
Precap: Bank manager calls Mandar and informs his wife has applied for 20 lakhs, so she made a confirmation cal. Amar proposes Kangana with a ring, she happily accepts and says they will celebrate tonight.
