The Episode starts with Soumya asking Rajat to tell what is written in the letter. Rajat gives letter to Soumya. Harak Singh asks her to read it aloud. Soumya reads Surbhi’s letter in which she had written that she has no feelings for him, and that she is pregnant with Varun’s baby, and wants to give baby to Soumya so that her dream to become a mum gets fulfilled, and that Varun don’t regard the baby as his baby. She writes that she wants to return Soumya’s favors. Rajat takes snap of the letter and sends to Soumya. He tells that he will keep the original letter. He calls Someone and asks to find Varun’s location on the day and time of Surbhi’s death. He gets a call and the caller informs that Varun’s location was same of that of Surbhi. Rajat informs everyone and says now you know who will win
the case. Soumya thanks Rajat for his help. Rajat comes home and thinks his wife would have been with him to share the happiness. He opens the door and finds his wife standing on the door. Rajat turns his face and says you left me after writing a letter to me. His wife asks him not to fight the case. His wife Sneha tries to emotionally blackmail him, locks the door and runs away. Rajat comes out through window and tells that he will fight the case, and says you are still betrayal and disloyal.
Harman is praying in the inhouse temple and tells that he is praying for his Devi. Soumya thanks him. Harman prays to Mata Rani and tells that today is my Soumya’s victory day. Soumya says lets do aarti. Veeran, Raavi and others come there. Harman says lets go. Rajat is leaving from his wife. Sneha calls him and asks if he is not going to court. He says I am going to court. Just then someone hits Sneha on her head and she falls down injured. Everyone waits for Rajat to come in the court. Rajat is on his way to court. He gets a call from the hospital asking him to come soon. Soumya thinks where is he? Rajat turns his bike and goes to hospital. Sneha is getting treatment in the hospital. Soumya thinks why Rajat didn’t come till now.
Chaddha gets up from his seat and tells that they are waiting for Rajat. He says it seems he will not come and asks Judge to give the verdict. Soumya requests Judge that they shall wait for some more time. Rajat comes to the hospital and asks Doctor about Sneha. Doctor tells that she is stable now and asks him to pay the bill. Soumya calls Rajat, but he doesn’t pick her call. Chaddha tells Soumya that Rajat eloped and asks Judge to close the case. Harman says they have done something with our lawyer. Chaddha says Rajat ji claimed and acted big, but he didn’t get the proofs. Soumya says she has proofs. Varun recalls hearing Soumya and Harman and informs Chaddha. Soumya tells that Rajat is having proofs and that’s why he is stopped from coming here. Chaddha thinks she has a copy of the letter and thinks he shall make the letter irrelevant. Soumya tells that she has proof and asks Judge to see the proof in her mobile. Shakti song prays. Rajat sits beside Sneha and thinks where is his phone. He is about to go. Sneha gets up and feels pain. Rajat asks how is she? Sneha says they will kill me. Rajat asks who? Sneha asks him to sit beside him. Rajat asks her to relax. Sneha thinks I won’t let you fight this case.
Judge reads the letter and gives phone to Soumya. Chaddha tells that the electronic evidences are not permissible in court. He asks what is the proof that it is written by Surbhi. Soumya says this is truth. Judge asks for the original letter? Soumya says it is with Rajat. Chaddha says don’t know what happened to Rajat. Judge tells that no electronic evidence is acceptable in court and that’s why it is not called as proof. Chadda smiles.
Precap: Harman and Soumya come outside Rajat’s house. Harman shouts calling him. Soumya asks him to trust her and tells that they have not began this fight on Rajat’s saying.
