Chanakya performs pooja in river. Baldev tells him that except Paraspura, Dhananand can barge in anywhere. Chandragupta says Paraspura’s security is very strong under its chief’s guidance, so it is the safest place to hide. Chanakya says it is difficult to enter Parspura, but they should dividing themselves in many groups. Assassins search for Chanakya and his team in jungle, and lady assassin senses somethig under ground. She sniffs ground and finds a bag, which Sthulbhadra had dropped. Dhananand in palace makes Mahamartya write a letter to Paraspura’s chief to inform Magadh if some suspicious entry is seen in Parasapura and orders to send it to Paraspura’s chief. Chanakya and Chandragupta reach outside Parasapura’s terror. Chanakya says they have to enter

Paraspura’s chief Jagatjala’s mansion to be safe. They both enter Paraspura disguised as travelers. Chanakya clashes with a flower basket carrying man, steals his badge silently, and apologizes him. Chandragupta notices it and asks what is it. Chanakya says it is badge given palace workers and returns it to man. Chandragupta asks if there is any celebration happening. Man says their chief is organizing a fight for his son to prove him superior. Chandragupta asks Chanakya why chief wants to prove it. Chanakya says Jagatjala’s son Martand is incompetent, so he wants to prove it forcefully to keep his hold on Paraspura.
Martand tries to hold sword in both hands with great difficulty. Jagatjala scolds him to hold it tightly and demonstrates. His wife enters and pleads him to explain him calmly. He slaps her and warns to be in her limits, he wanr s Martand if he does not win, he will be punished brutally. People gather to watch competition. Jagatjala heads competition and says his son is participating in it and will show his superiority. His friend discusses with his brother that Martand is incompetent, so Jagatjala has gone mad and needs a adviser. Jagatjala hears that and warns that he can hear well and does not need any adviser. He challenges that his son Martand will compete with his friend’s son and will win. Friend accepts challenge. Indra suggests Chanakya to go and accept adviser’s job. Chanakya says let us wait for some more time. Martand’s friends taunt him seeing his nervousness and he eagerly waits for his servant to carry his bag. When his name is called, he walks out hold his bag nervously. Jagatjala fumes that he cannot control his servant, how will he control 17 villages.

Martand drops his bag. Chandragupta catches it. Martand nervously asks who is he, where is his servant. Chandragupta says he is his replacement servant today and will help him in competition. Jagatjala explains competition’s rule that there will be 3 flags with 3 hurdles and whoever crosses all 3 hurdles and gets flags is a winner. Competition starts. Martand runs with other competitors. When they pass through dirty pathway, Jagatjala stands afraid seeing leeches in water. Chandragupta encourages him to run, but Martand hesitates. Chandragupta lifts him on his shoulders and runs. Leeches grip Chandragupta’s legs. Martand says leeches will suck his blood. Chandragupta says let them such his blood, he will make sure Martand wins today.

Chanakya Niti: To win big, they have to lose small battles as that is the best option they would be having that time and they clear the hurdles between their biggest victory.

Precap: Indra sees his chariots horse missing and worriedly asks Chandragupta how will they participate in competition now.
