The Episode starts with Ammijaan sharing her plans with Hira and justifying it. Salim is on the way and shouts Anarkali. He sees her jewellery and stops. Anarkali runs towards. Salim sees Anarkali getting hit on her head. She falls down. He gets shocked. Anarkali gets up and holds Salim. She falls over Salim. Goons come close. Salim fights with them. A goon takes a sword to kill Anarkali. Salim runs to stop him. He holds the sword by his hand. His hand bleeds. Anarkali looks on and cries. Salim hits the goon. The goon falls down. Salim drops the sword. Anarkali cares for his bleeding hand. She ties her dupatta to his wound. She asks him not to joke, his wound isn’t healing. She gets some leaves. He recalls the childhood moment and calls her Saifu.

She says you called me by my childhood

name. He says I have paid for that big favor. He asks her not to cry. She says we shall go to lake and wash your wound. He agrees. Akbar stops Abul and says Salim doesn’t need any protection, Salim is our sword, not any jewellery to get protected. Jodha says you don’t worry for Salim. Akbar says I worry for those robbers.
Ammijaan asks but why did Salim go after robbers to save a maid. Akbar says he is my son, the would be king, the king who doesn’t risk life for people don’t have a right to become a king, Salim is doing right, we trust the brave people, we don’t send help to insult them. Rukaiya says but he is very young. Akbar says when he was 8 year old, he controlled a wild tiger, think what can he do, this Diwali is memorable for me, Salim isn’t here, so I will light this lamp for his victory. Salim smiles seeing Anarkali. Honton pe mere…plays… She cares for him. Salim recalls her wound. He holds her head. He cares for her wound. They hug. Akbar lights the lamp and wishes happy Diwali.

Salim and Anarkali see the sky lamp. They smile. Salim says this was the sign of our friendship in childhood, today its a sign of our love, you are with me. Anarkali says when you are with me, I feel every day is like Diwali. He gets her jewellery and says Lord doesn’t want you to lose anything. Rukaiya says you know the power of love, I want Salim to come back with Anarkali, then we shall see how Akbar and Salim stay together. Ammijaan thinks its good Akbar didn’t investigate the robbers’ attack, but how did Salim learn about attack on Anarkali, if he knows I m behind this, he will get away from me. Salim and Anarkali see some people coming.
