Gayatri over phone speaks to Badki Daadi and informs whole family is fine, she will give her blessings to Bulbul. Bulbul walks down with Misri. Gayatri asks if she did not sleep whole night, she looks so pale and weak. Vijay walks in with Agastya and says he has something important to say, he is going on some official charity work and wants Bulbul to accompany him as she is his lucky charm. Bulbul asks who will take care of Misri. Sadhna says whole family is there to take care of Misri and she need not worry. Vijay asks Bulbul to get ready soon. Bulbul says Misri speaks to her without hesitation and what if she hesitates with family. Mandira addresses her child that she is bearing her/him as her/him is Vijay’s element and she will use him/her against Bulbul, she will use her/him as weapon against Vijay. She says her jaan will be hers soon. Vijay hears that and thinks Mandira calls that. He walks into Misri’s room. Mandira wears her veil. Vijay asks whom she was speaking to. Vijay returns to Bulbul. Bulbul says Misri is shy to go in front of anyone because of her facial scar. Vijay says he knows someone who prepares medicine to clear scars, they can try that on Misri. Bulbul excitedly asks to call him and get mediicine. He does same. Bulbul then takes medicine to Misri/Mandira’s room and excitedly says Vijay got medicine to clear her facial scar. Mandira yells if she is ashamed of her scar. Bulbul says no, she is just helping her, baby will feel good seeing her scar-free face. Mandira yells she is only worried about baby. Bulbul says he did not mean that. Mandira yells she does not want any treatment for her scar and asks her to go. Bulbul walks back to Vijay and says she is hesitatent to get her scar treated. Vijay gets suspicious and says he will come in sometime.

Vijay reaches mental hospital and tries to enter Mandira’s room, but nurse tries to stop her. On the other side, Bulbul takes buttermilk for Misri and sees her sleeping. She opens window, and Misri’s veil flies aside. Bulbul sees real Misri who asks what happened. Bulbul says she brought her butter milk as per her request and says she knows she is hesitant to get treatment, but she has a long life to live, so she should try this antriscar medicine. Misri says she is right… Vijay enters Mandira’s room and does not find her, asks nurse where is Mandira. Mandira walks in weaaring gown over Misri’s clothes and calling him Jaan asks if he came to take her with him. Vijay asks nurse to control her and leaves. Nurse asks Mandira how did she know Vijay would come here. She says their heart is same and they know each other well.

Vijay returns home and standing in balcony remembers the whole incidence, thinks how can he be so confused. Mandira enters Misri’s room via window. Misri asks when will she reveal her identity to her family. Mandira says in 3 months when family would not be able to abort her. Misri leaves hiding. Vijay sees her from balcony and asks who is it.
