Kanak waiting to meet K and U company’s owner at a restaurant thinks it has been 2 years since she is separated from Uma, she has come here for a business meeting and should not get emotional. She sees clock ticking 2 p.m. and thinks Uma was always punctual, how can he be so late. On the other side, Uma tells Meera that meeting with MD officer was at 1:30 p.m. and it is already 2 p.m., they are late. Meera says relax, they are business tycoons and this moment his precious than meeting, let the poor govt officer wait. Uma says they should respect people by their personality and not by their profession and let us go now.
Meera and Uma reach White Petal hotel. Uma reminisces the incident where Meera proposed her and Kanak walked out of his life shattered. He says this
place is related to their past. Meera says pleasant memories. They both walk in. Uma stops. Meera asks what happened. Uma says he will go to washroom, she can go in. Uma walks towards washroom and Kanak is seen walking behind him.
Kanak returns to her seat. Meera meets her and asks if she knows who she is. Kanak says yes, Mrs. Meera Uma Shankar Toshniwal, and she is.. Meera arrogantly says does not matter and let us finish meeting soon. Kanak says sorry. Meera says that is better, she understood beforehand. Kanak asks her to apologize for coming late. Meera fumes in anger and shouts she can destroy her. Kanak says she has already lost everything and there is nothing left to lose. Meera’s arrogance continues, and Kanak’s strong replies continues. Kanak says their meeting was between 1:30 and 2:30, it is 2:30 now and meeting is finished. She asked waiter to serve chilled juice to Meera and says don’t worry she will pay the bill. He walks out smiling while Meera stands fuming. Uma comes and stands frozen smelling sandalwood and reminiscing Kanak used to smell sandalwood. Meera shouts disgusting, how dare a poor government officer is to talk to her arrogantly. Uma is engrasped in thoughts and asks what…Meera continues. He asks her to order whatever she wants and runs.
Kanak leaves in car while Uma searches around hotel. Kanak reaches underconstruction building where Uma planned to open his office and reminisces old memories. She reminisces Uma telling they will write down how they will plan their business in 2 years and bury it in a box in this building and after 2 years will pick it back and see howmuch of their dreams are fulfilled. She clears debris and picks box and seeing her Uma’s locket and then their plans, Uma’s promise that they will be always together like Gowri Shankar. She throws box but picks it back again and leaves. Uma also reaches building and rushes in whle Kanak walks down just behind him. He searches Kanak all over and smelling sandalwood thinks if Kanak is around him. He reaches terrace and searches box, but does not find it. He finds bangle piece and realizes it is Kanak’s, means Kanak had come here. Kanak walks out of building and thinks her and Uma’s relationship is incomplete like this incomplete building.
