A very nice beginning to season 2 of 2612 – 2613.

So we have Rasdeep hospitalized and Randeep blaming himself for Rashmi’s injuries and mental health (the doctor’s warning that she is stressed made sense, but the Rashmi 2 scenes later showing no signs of it was a bit strange).

Anand Swamy turns up at the bridge to oversee the recovery of Shahana’s body, which does not happen. He had been shot in the knee a few hours ago, but is walking around with barely a limp.. a feeling of pride in our RAW officers swelled up

Randeep’s proposal was nicely done and in keeping with his character.. no mush. As was Rashmi’s attempt at playing hard to get, which felt flat, thanks to our hard nosed STF officer, who has to work hard at romance

The hospital also had the beginning of the suspense.. an impression that someone is watching.. it was effectively done and kept up.

Anand Swamy’s attempts to explain to his superior that there are loose ends was ignored .. didn’t expect that from RAW.. the feeling of pride disappeared completely like a wiped slate

A gripping end to the start with the kidnap of Rashmi.. who did it?? why??
